도 2는 본 발명에 따른 편광판의 기본적인 층구성의 일례를 나타내는 개략 단면도이다.
도 3은 도 1에 나타내는 편광성 적층 필름의 제조 방법의 일실시형태를 나타내는 플로우차트이다.
도 4는 도 2에 나타내는 편광판의 제조 방법의 일실시형태를 나타내는 플로우차트이다.

Claims (5)
- 기재 필름과, 상기 기재 필름의 한쪽 면에 형성되어 있는 편광자층을 구비하고,
상기 편광자층은, 두께 7 ㎛ 이하이고, 이색성 색소를 흡착 배향시킨 폴리비닐알콜계 수지로 형성되고,
시감도 보정 단체 투과율(Ty)이 40.1% 이상이고, 시감도 보정 편광도(Py)가 99.992% 이상인 편광성 적층 필름. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐알콜계 수지의 비누화도는 99.0 몰% 이하인 편광성 적층 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 편광판에 사용되는 편광성 적층 필름.
- 보호 필름과, 상기 보호 필름의 한쪽 면에 형성되어 있는 편광자층을 구비하고,
편광자층은, 두께 7 ㎛ 이하이고, 이색성 색소를 흡착 배향시킨 폴리비닐알콜계 수지로 형성되고,
시감도 보정 단체 투과율(Ty)이 40.1% 이상이고, 시감도 보정 편광도(Py)가 99.992% 이상인 편광판. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐알콜계 수지의 비누화도는 99.0 몰% 이하인 편광판.
