Claims (6)
- 간장, 엿물, 설탕 및 물이 포함된 찜닭 소스에 있어서,
참마와 소맥분이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 참마와 소맥분을 포함하는 찜닭 소스.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 물은 정제수에 인삼이 포함된 인삼믹스인 것을 특징으로 하는 참마와 소맥분을 포함하는 찜닭 소스.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 찜닭 소스는 인삼, 다진 마늘 및 고추를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 참마와 소맥분을 포함하는 찜닭 소스.
- 간장, 엿물, 설탕 및 물을 혼합하고 가열하여 간장소스를 준비하는 단계;
상기 준비한 간장소스에 참마 분말 또는 참마 액기스와 소맥분을 혼합하는 단계; 및
상기 참마 분말 또는 참마 액기스와 소맥분을 혼합한 간장소스에 다진 마늘과 고추를 혼합하는 단계;를 포함하는 참마와 소맥분을 포함하는 찜닭 소스의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 참마 분말 또는 참마 액기스와 소맥분을 1:9 내지 9:1의 중량비율로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 참마와 소맥분을 포함하는 찜닭 소스의 제조방법.
- 닭을 세척하고 절단하는 단계; 및
야채를 포함하는 육수에 상기 절단한 닭과 제1항 또는 제2항의 찜닭 소스를 넣고 졸이는 단계;를 포함하는 찜닭의 제조방법.
