Description
Claims (20)
- 팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션(inflatable airbag cushion);팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션에 배치되어, 팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션에 배치된 구멍(aperture)을 둘러싸는, 폐쇄가능한 개구부(closeable opening);폐쇄가능한 개구부 및 팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션에 결합된 조임끈(cinch cord)으로서, 팽창가능한 에어백이 장애(obstruction)가 있는 채로 전개(deployment)되는 때에 조임끈이 완전히 뻗어지지 않고 또한 폐쇄가능한 개구부가 개방된 채로 유지되도록, 그리고 팽창가능한 에어백이 장애가 없는 채로 전개되는 때에 폐쇄가능한 개구부가 뻗어지고 또한 폐쇄가능한 개구부가 적어도 부분적으로 닫히도록 결합된, 조임끈; 및에어백의 전개가 장애를 겪는 때에 팽창 가스가 폐쇄가능한 개구부를 통하여 팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션을 신속히 나가도록 팽창 가스를 팽창기로부터 폐쇄가능한 개구부로 방향전환시키도록 구성된 확산기;를 포함하고,상기 확산기와 폐쇄가능한 개구부는 전개가 장애를 겪으면 팽창 가스의 신속한 배기를 허용하게끔 정렬되도록 구성되고, 또한 상기 확산기와 폐쇄가능한 개구부는 전개가 장애를 겪지 않으면 비정렬 상태(non-alignment)로 전환되도록 구성되는, 에어백 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,확산기는 가스를 수용하는 개구부, 및 가스를 폐쇄가능한 개구부로 방향전환시키는 적어도 하나의 개구부를 구비한, 에어백 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,확산기는 팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션에 부착된, 에어백 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,폐쇄가능한 개구부는 조임관(cinch tube)이고, 상기 조임관은 조임관의 주변부 둘레로 연장된 슬리브(sleeve)를 포함하며, 슬리브는 슬리브 구멍(sleeve aperture)을 갖는, 에어백 모듈.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,조임끈의 일부분은 슬리브 내에서 연장되고, 조임끈은, 에어백 전개 시에 슬리브 구멍을 통하여 지나가며 에어백 전개 후에 슬리브 구멍 내로 진입하는 것에 저항하도록 구성된 적어도 하나의 스토퍼를 더 포함하는, 에어백 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,조임끈은 팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션의 내부 표면에 결합되고, 조임끈은 에어백 내부 안에 배치된, 에어백 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,팽창가능한 에어백에 배치되고, 그 에어백에 배치된 제2 구멍을 둘러싸는, 제2의 폐쇄가능한 개구부; 및제2의 폐쇄가능한 개구부에 결합되고 제2의 폐쇄가능한 개구부의 주변부 둘레로 연장된 제2 조임끈으로서, 팽창가능한 에어백이 전개되는 때에 장애가 있는 경우에 제2 조임끈이 완전히 뻗어지지 않고 또한 제2의 폐쇄가능한 개구부가 개방된 채로 유지되도록, 그리고 팽창가능한 에어백이 전개되는 때에 장애가 없는 경우에 제2 조임끈이 뻗어지고 적어도 부분적으로 제2의 폐쇄가능한 개구부를 닫도록 에어백의 표면에도 결합된, 제2 조임끈;을 더 포함하는, 에어백 모듈.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,제1의 폐쇄가능한 개구부와 제2의 폐쇄가능한 개구부는 에어백에 대칭적으로 배치된, 에어백 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,에어백에 배치되고 또한 장애가 있거나 없는 경우에 있어서 에어백 전개 중에 가스를 배기시키도록 적합화된 배기구를 더 포함하는, 에어백 모듈.
- 팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션;팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션에 배치되고, 팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션에 배치된 제1 구멍을 둘러싸는, 제1 조임관;팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션에 배치되고, 팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션에 배치된 제2 구멍을 둘러싸는, 제2 조임관;팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션에 결합된 적어도 하나의 조임끈으로서, 팽창가능한 에어백이 장애가 있는 채로 전개되는 때에는 상기 조임관들이 개방된 채로 유지되도록, 그리고 팽창가능한 에어백이 장애가 없는 채로 전개되는 때에는 상기 조임관들이 적어도 부분적으로 닫히도록 결합된, 조임끈; 및에어백의 전개가 장애를 겪는 때에 팽창 가스가 상기 조임관들을 통하여 팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션을 신속히 나가도록 팽창 가스를 팽창기로부터 조임관들로 방향전환시키도록 구성된 확산기;를 포함하고,상기 확산기와 상기 조임관은 전개가 장애를 겪으면 팽창 가스의 신속한 배기를 허용하게끔 정렬되도록 구성되고, 또한 상기 확산기와 상기 조임관은 전개가 장애를 겪지 않으면 비정렬 상태로 전환되도록 구성되는, 에어백 모듈.
- 팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션;팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션에 배치되고, 팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션에 배치된 구멍을 둘러싸는, 조임관;조임관 및 팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션에 결합된 조임끈으로서, 팽창가능한 에어백이 장애가 있는 채로 전개되는 때에는 조임끈이 완전히 뻗어지지 않고 상기 조임관이 개방된 채로 유지되도록, 그리고 팽창가능한 에어백이 장애가 없는 채로 전개되는 때에는 조임끈이 뻗어지고 적어도 부분적으로 조임관을 닫도록 결합된, 조임끈; 및에어백의 전개가 장애를 겪는 때에 팽창 가스가 조임관을 통하여 팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션을 신속히 나가도록 팽창 가스를 팽창기로부터 조임관으로 방향전환시키도록 구성된 확산기;를 포함하고,확산기와 조임관은, 전개가 장애를 겪는 경우에 팽창 가스의 신속한 배기를 허용하도록 정렬되고 또한 전개가 장애를 겪지 않는 경우에 비-정렬로 전환되도록 구성된, 에어백 모듈.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,확산기는 가스를 수용하는 개구부 및 그 가스를 조임관으로 방향전환시키는 적어도 하나의 개구부를 구비하는, 에어백 모듈.
- 팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션;팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션에 배치되고, 팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션에 배치된 제1 구멍을 둘러싸는, 제1 조임관;팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션에 배치되고, 팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션에 배치된 제2 구멍을 둘러싸는, 제2 조임관;팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션에 결합된 적어도 하나의 조임끈으로서, 팽창가능한 에어백이 장애가 있는 채로 전개되는 때에는 상기 조임관들이 개방된 채로 유지되도록, 그리고 팽창가능한 에어백이 장애가 없는 채로 전개되는 때에는 상기 조임관들이 적어도 부분적으로 닫히도록 결합된, 조임끈; 및팽창기로부터 가스를 수용하는 개구부, 제1 측방 개구부, 및 제2 측방 개구부를 구비하고, 에어백의 전개가 장애를 겪는 때에 가스가 팽창가능한 에어백 쿠션을 신속히 나가는 것을 가능하게 하기 위하여 팽창 가스를 팽창기로부터 측방 개구부들을 통하여 조임관들로 방향전환시키도록 구성된, 확산기;를 포함하고,상기 확산기의 제1 측방 개구부와 상기 제1 조임관은 전개가 장애를 겪으면 팽창 가스의 신속한 배기를 허용하게끔 정렬되도록 구성되고, 상기 확산기의 제2 측방 개구부와 상기 제2 조임관은 전개가 장애를 겪으면 팽창 가스의 신속한 배기를 허용하게끔 정렬되도록 구성되며, 상기 확산기와 조임관들은 전개가 장애를 겪지 않으면 비정렬 상태로 전환되도록 구성되는, 에어백 모듈.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,제1 조임관 및 제2 조임관은 에어백에 대칭적으로 배치된, 에어백 모듈.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,에어백에 배치되고, 장애가 있는 경우와 장애가 없는 경우의 에어백 전개 중에 가스를 배기시키도록 적합화된 배기구를 더 포함하는, 에어백 모듈.
