- 육방정 구조를 갖는 페라이트상이 주상(主相)을 이루는 페라이트 소결 자석으로서,상기 주상을 구성하는 금속원소의 조성은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되고,RxCamA1-x-m(Fe12-yMy)z …(1)(상기 식 1에서, R은 La를 필수 성분으로서 포함하는 La, Ce, Pr, Nd 및 Sm으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 나타내고, A는 Sr, 또는 Sr 및 Ba을 나타내고, M은 Co를 필수 성분으로서 포함하는 Co, Zn, Ni, Mn, Al 및 Cr로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 나타냄.) 상기 식 1중, x, m, y 및 z는 원자비율을 나타내며, 하기 식 2, 3, 4, 5 및 6의 각 조건을 모두 만족하고,0.2≤x≤0.5 …(2)0.13≤m≤0.41 …(3)0.7x-m≤0.15 …(4)0.18≤yz≤0.31 …(5)9.6≤12z≤11.8 …(6)상기 페라이트 소결 자석의 밀도는 5.05g/㎤ 이상이고, 또한상기 페라이트 소결 자석의 결정 입자는 c축 방향에 평행한 입자 단면의 중심을 지나는 입자직경의 최대치가 평균으로 L㎛이고, 상기 입자직경의 최소치가 평균으로 S㎛일 때, 하기 식 7 및 8의 각 조건을 모두 만족하며,L≤0.95 …(7)1.8≤L/S≤2.5 …(8)상기 페라이트 소결 자석은 잔류 자속 밀도 Br(단위: Gauss) 및 보자력 HcJ(단위: Oe)이 하기 식 9의 조건을 만족하는 페라이트 소결 자석.Br+1/3HcJ≥6350 …(9)
