- 다음의 성분(a), (b) 및 (c):(a)이소클로로겐산류(isochlorogenic acid)를 포함하는 클로로겐산류(chlorogenic acid) 혼합물(여기서, 성분(a) 중의 이소클로로겐산류 함유 중량비율은 1/3∼1/20임) 0.05∼10중량%、(b)히드록시카르본산류가 성분 (a)에 대하여 5~30중량배이면서 음료 중에 0.25~15중량%, 야채 또는 과일 유래의 플레이버 물질이 성분 (a)에 대하여 0.1~30중량배이면서 음료 중에 0.25~15중량% 또는 이들의 혼합물、(c)물 30∼99.7중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료.
