- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 인 함유 벤조옥사진계 모노머의 중합 반응 생성물 또는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 인 함유 벤조옥사진계 모노머와 가교성 화합물의 중합 반응 생성물인 인 함유 벤조옥사진계 모노머의 중합체를 포함하는 촉매층을 구비하는 연료전지용 전극.[화학식 1]상기식중, R1 및 R2는 서로 독립적으로 C1-C20 알킬기, C1-C20 알콕시기, C6-C20 아릴기, C6-C20 아릴옥시기 또는 하기 구조식으로 표시되는 그룹이고,상기식중, R3은 서로 독립적으로 수소, C1-C20 알킬기, C1-C20 알콕시기, C6-C20 아릴기, C6-C20 아릴옥시기, 할로겐화된 C6-C20 아릴기, 할로겐화된 C6-C20 아릴옥시기, C1-C20 헤테로아릴기, C1-C20 헤테로아릴옥시기, 할로겐화된 C1-C20 헤테로아릴기, 할로겐화된 C1-C20 헤테로아릴옥시기, C4-C20 사이클로알킬기, 할로겐화된 C4-C20 사이클로알킬기, C1-C20 헤테로고리기, 또는 할로겐화된 C1-C20 헤테로고리기이다.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 촉매층이 촉매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 전극.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 인 함유 벤조옥사진계 모노머의 중합체의 함량은 촉매 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 65 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 전극.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가,백금(Pt) 단독;백금과, 금, 팔라듐, 로듐, 이리듐, 루테늄, 주석, 몰리브데늄, 코발트, 크롬으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 일종 이상의 금속을 포함하는 백금 합금; 또는백금과, 금, 팔라듐, 로듐, 이리듐, 루테늄, 주석, 몰리브데늄, 코발트, 크롬으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 일종 이상의 금속의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 전극.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가,촉매 금속이거나 또는 촉매 금속과 상기 촉매 금속이 카본계 담체에 담지된 담지 촉매이고,상기 촉매 금속이,백금(Pt) 단독;백금과, 금, 팔라듐, 로듐, 이리듐, 루테늄, 주석, 몰리브데늄, 코발트, 크롬으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 일종 이상의 금속을 포함하는 백금 합금; 또는백금과, 금, 팔라듐, 로듐, 이리듐, 루테늄, 주석, 몰리브데늄, 코발트, 크 롬으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 일종 이상의 금속의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 전극.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 촉매층이 인산 및 C1-C20 유기 포스폰산중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 프로톤 전도체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 전극.
- 제9항에 있어서, 폴리(비닐리덴플루오라이드), 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE), 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로에틸렌 공중합체, FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene), 스티렌 부타디엔 러버(SBR), 폴리우레탄 (polyurethane)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 바인더가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 전극.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 촉매층이 촉매 및 바인더를 더 포함하고,상기 바인더가 폴리(비닐리덴플루오라이드), 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE), 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로에틸렌 공중합체, FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene), 스티렌 부타디엔 러버(SBR), 폴리우레탄 (polyurethane)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상이고,상기 바인더의 함량은 촉매 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 50 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 전극.
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 인 함유 벤조옥사진계 모노머의 중합 반응 생성물 또는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 인 함유 벤조옥사진계 모노머와 가교성 화합물의 중합 반응 생성물인 인 함유 벤조옥사진계 모노머의 중합체를 포함하는 연료전지용 전해질막.[화학식 1]상기식중, R1 및 R2는 서로 독립적으로 C1-C20 알킬기, C1-C20 알콕시기, C6-C20 아릴기, C6-C20 아릴옥시기 또는 하기 구조식으로 표시되는 그룹이고,상기식중, R3은 서로 독립적으로 수소, C1-C20 알킬기, C1-C20 알콕시기, C6-C20 아릴기, C6-C20 아릴옥시기, 할로겐화된 C6-C20 아릴기, 할로겐화된 C6-C20 아릴옥시기, C1-C20 헤테로아릴기, C1-C20 헤테로아릴옥시기, 할로겐화된 C1-C20 헤테로아릴기, 할로겐화된 C1-C20 헤테로아릴옥시기, C4-C20 사이클로알킬기, 할로겐화된 C4-C20 사이클로알킬기, C1-C20 헤테로고리기, 또는 할로겐화된 C1-C20 헤테로고리기이다.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 전해질막에 인산 및 C1-C20 유기 포스폰산중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 프로톤 전도체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 전해질막.
- 캐소드; 애노드; 및 이들 사이에 개재된 전해질막을 구비하며,상기 캐소드 및 애노드중에서 선택된 하나 이상이,하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 인 함유 벤조옥사진계 모노머의 중합 반응 생성물 또는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 인 함유 벤조옥사진계 모노머와 가교성 화합물의 중합 반응 생성물인 인 함유 벤조옥사진계 모노머의 중합체 및 촉매를 포함하는 촉매층을 구비하는 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.[화학식 1]상기식중, R1 및 R2는 서로 독립적으로 C1-C20 알킬기, C1-C20 알콕시기, C6-C20 아릴기, C6-C20 아릴옥시기 또는 하기 구조식으로 표시되는 그룹이고,상기식중, R3은 서로 독립적으로 수소, C1-C20 알킬기, C1-C20 알콕시기, C6-C20 아릴기, C6-C20 아릴옥시기, 할로겐화된 C6-C20 아릴기, 할로겐화된 C6-C20 아릴옥시기, C1-C20 헤테로아릴기, C1-C20 헤테로아릴옥시기, 할로겐화된 C1-C20 헤테로아릴기, 할로겐화된 C1-C20 헤테로아릴옥시기, C4-C20 사이클로알킬기, 할로겐화된 C4-C20 사이클로알킬기, C1-C20 헤테로고리기, 또는 할로겐화된 C1-C20 헤테로고리기이다.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 전해질막이,하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 인 함유 벤조옥사진계 모노머의 중합 반응 생성물 또는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 인 함유 벤조옥사진계 모노머와 가교성 화합물의 중합 반응 생성물인 인 함유 벤조옥사진계 모노머의 중합체를 포함하는 전해질막인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.[화학식 1]상기식중, R1 및 R2는 서로 독립적으로 C1-C20 알킬기, C1-C20 알콕시기, C6-C20 아릴기, C6-C20 아릴옥시기 또는 하기 구조식으로 표시되는 그룹이고,상기식중, R3은 서로 독립적으로 수소, C1-C20 알킬기, C1-C20 알콕시기, C6-C20 아릴기, C6-C20 아릴옥시기, 할로겐화된 C6-C20 아릴기, 할로겐화된 C6-C20 아릴옥시기, C1-C20 헤테로아릴기, C1-C20 헤테로아릴옥시기, 할로겐화된 C1-C20 헤테로아릴기, 할로겐화된 C1-C20 헤테로아릴옥시기, C4-C20 사이클로알킬기, 할로겐화된 C4-C20 사이클로알킬기, C1-C20 헤테로고리기, 또는 할로겐화된 C1-C20 헤테로고리기이다.
