Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 첨가제, 바인더 및 촉매를 포함하는 연료전지용 전극.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제의 함량은 촉매 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 3 내지 50 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 전극.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 바인더가 폴리(비닐리덴플루오라이드), 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로에틸렌 공중합체 및 폴리퍼플루오로에틸렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 전극.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 첨가제, 바인더, 촉매 및 용매를 혼합하여 전극 촉매층 형성용 조성물을 얻는 단계; 및상기 전극 촉매층 형성용 조성물을 카본 지지체상에 도포 및 열처리하여 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 연료전지용 전극의 제조방법.
- 캐소드, 애노드 및 이들 사이에 개재된 전해질막을 구비하며,상기 캐소드 및 애노드중에서 선택된 하나 이상이,제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 첨가제, 바인더 및 촉매를 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제의 함량은 촉매 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 3 내지 50 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
