Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 리튬이온을 흡장 및 방출 가능한 천이금속산화물을 포함한 양극과, 리튬이온을 흡장 및 방출 가능한 음극과, 상기 양극과 상기 음극과의 사이에 개재하는 다공질막과, 비수전해질을 구비하고,상기 다공질막이, 무기산화물 및 폴리아미드로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하고,상기 비수전해질이, 비수용매 및 이것에 용해한 리튬염을 포함하고, 상기 비수용매가, 5∼15체적%의 에틸렌카보네이트를 포함한, 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극과 상기 음극과의 사이에 개재하는 세퍼레이터를 포함한, 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질막이, 적어도 상기 무기산화물을 포함한, 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질막이, 적어도 상기 폴리아미드를 포함한, 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질막이, 상기 양극 및 상기 음극 중 적어도 한 쪽에 담지되어 있는, 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질막이, 상기 양극에 담지되어 있는, 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극과 상기 음극과의 사이에 개재하는 세퍼레이터를 포함하고, 상기 다공질막이, 적어도 상기 폴리아미드를 포함하고, 상기 다공질막이, 상기 세퍼레이터에 담지되어 있는, 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비수용매가, 술포란을 포함한, 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비수용매가, 에틸렌카보네이트보다 극성이 낮은 화합물을 포함하고, 상기 화합물이, 쇄상 탄산에스테르인, 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비수용매가, 플루오로에틸렌카보네이트를 포함한, 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬염이, 비스펜타플루오로에탄술폰산이미드리튬을 포함한, 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천이금속산화물이, 일반식 LixNi1-yMyOz로 표시되고, M은 Co 및 Al을 포함하고, 0≤x≤1.2, 0.1≤y≤0.3 및 2≤z≤2.3을 만족하는, 비수전해질 이차전지.
