Claims (25)
- (1) 결정성 폴리프로필렌 수지 및(2) 1개 이상의 하기 화학식(I)의 β-핵생성제를 함유하며,상기 폴리프로필렌 수지는 방정식(식중, Pα1 내지 Pα3은 광각 X-선 산란법으로 측정한 α-형태의 피크 높이(최대)이고 또 Pβ1은 β-형태의 피크 높이(최대)임)으로 산출한 10% 이상의 β-형태 결정의 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물:상기 식에서,R1, R2 및 R3은 서로 독립적으로,C1-C20알킬;C1-C10알킬아미노, 디(C1-C10알킬)아미노, C1-C 10알킬옥시 또는 히드록시에 의해 치환된 C2-C20알킬;C3-C20알케닐;C5-C12 시클로알킬;1, 2 또는 3개의 C1-C10알킬에 의해 치환된 C5-C12 시클로알킬;시클로헥실메틸;1, 2 또는 3개의 C1-C10알킬에 의해 치환된 시클로헥실메틸;C5-C9 시클로알케닐;1, 2 또는 3개의 C1-C10알킬에 의해 치환된 C5-C9 시클로알케닐;C1-C10알킬, C1-C10알킬옥시, 히드록시, 할로겐, 트리할로겐메틸, 트리할로겐메톡시, 벤조일, 페닐아미노, 아실아미노 및 페닐아조로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1, 2 또는 3개 라디칼에 의해 페닐 상에서 치환된 페닐;C7-C9페닐알킬;C1-C10알킬, C1-C10알콕시 및 히드록시로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1, 2 또는 3개 라디칼에 의해 치환된 C7-C9페닐알킬;나프틸;C1-C10알킬에 의해 치환된 나프틸;아다만틸; 또는5 또는 6원 헤테로시클릭 기임.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분(1)의 β-형태 결정은 주위 온도 또는 온도(Ts)Ts ≤ Tcr + 35℃에서 고화 또는 어닐링되는 조성물:상기 식에서, Tcr는 용융된 폴리프로필렌 수지를 10 K/분의 냉각속도로 냉각함으로써 미분주사열량계(DSC)에 의해 측정되는 바와 같이 β-핵생성제를 갖지 않는 폴리프로필렌 수지(성분(1))의 재결정화 온도임.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분(1)의 폴리프로필렌 수지는 15 내지 80%의 β-형태 결정 함량을 갖는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 수지는 62% 이상의 헤이즈를 가지며; 헤이즈값은 1.2-1.2 mm 두께의 플레이트에서 측정되는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분(1)은 폴리프로필렌 동종중합체인 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분(1)은 에틸렌, C4-C20-α-올레핀, 비닐시클로헥산, 비닐시클로헥센, C4-C20알칸디엔, C5-C12시클로알칸디엔 및 노르보르넨 유도체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 공단량체 1 이상을 함유하는 폴리프로필렌 랜덤 공중합체, 교대 또는 세그멘트 공중합체 또는 블록 공중합체인 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, (3) 추가의 중합체를 더 함유하며, 성분(3)은 성분(1)과는 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.

- 제 1항에 있어서,R1, R2 및 R3은 서로 독립적으로,C1-C20알킬;C1-C4알킬아미노, 디(C1-C4알킬)아미노 또는 C1-C 1알킬옥시에 의해 치환된 C2-C6알킬;C5-C12 시클로알킬;1, 2 또는 3개의 C1-C4알킬에 의해 치환된 C5-C12 시클로알킬;시클로헥실메틸;1, 2 또는 3개의 C1-C4알킬에 의해 치환된 시클로헥실메틸;1, 2 또는 3개의 C1-C4알킬에 의해 치환된 페닐;벤질;페닐상에서 1, 2 또는 3개의 C1-C4알킬에 의해 페닐 상에서 치환된 벤질; 또는나프틸인 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,R1, R2 및 R3은 서로 독립적으로,부틸, 옥틸 또는 옥타데실,3-디메틸아미노프로필, 3-메톡시프로필 또는 2-메톡시에틸,시클로헥실, 시클로헵틸, 시클로옥틸 또는 시클로도데실,3-메틸시클로헥실 또는 2,3-디메틸시클로헥실,1-시클로헥실에틸,3,4-디메틸페닐,벤질, 또는나프틸인 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, R1, R2 및 R3은 동일하며 2,3-디메틸시클로헥실, 삼차옥틸 또는 시클로옥틸인 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, R1, R2 및 R3이 동일한 조성물.
- 폴리프로필렌 수지에 제 1항에 정의된 바와 같은 1 이상의 β-핵생성제를 혼입시키는 것을 포함하는 β-형태 결정을 갖는 폴리프로필렌 수지를 제공하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 따른 조성물을 함유하는 형상 물품.
- 제18항에 있어서, 성형된 물품인 형상 물품.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 성형은 사출성형, 취입성형, 압축성형, 로토성형 또는 슬러쉬 성형 또는 압출에 의해 실시되는 형상 물품.
- 제18항에 있어서, 필름, 섬유, 프로필, 파이프, 병, 탱크 또는 용기인 형상 물품.
- 제21항에 따른 필름을 연신시켜 형성한 1축 연신 필름 또는 2축 연신 필름.
- 제21항에 따른 섬유를 연신시켜 형성한 섬유.
- 1 이상의 층이 제1항에 따른 조성물을 함유하는 다층 계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 페놀 산화방지제, 포스파이트, 포스포나이트, 포스포네이트, 디알킬히드록실아민, 니트론, 티오상승제, 벤조푸라논, 입체 장애 아민 광 안정화제 및 벤조트리아졸, 벤조페논, 아크릴레이트, 옥사미드 또는 트리아진 UV 흡수제로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 부가적으로 포함하는 조성물.
