Claims (7)
- 요오드가 그 안 및 표면에 흡착 및 배향된 폴리비닐 알코올 필름을, 붕산 함유 수용액에 공급하는 단계 및 상기 폴리비닐 알코올 필름을 상기 수용액으로 디핑처리하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 디핑처리 단계에서 450 nm 파장에서의 상기 수용액의 흡광도가 0.13 이하로 유지되는 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 450 nm 파장에서의 상기 수용액의 흡광도를 0.13 이하로 유지하면서 상기 붕산 함유 수용액을 재순환시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수용액을 활성탄으로 처리함으로써, 450 nm 파장에서의 상기 붕산 함유 수용액의 흡광도를 0.13 이하의 범위로 유지하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 붕산 함유 수용액내 물:붕산:요오드화 칼륨의 중량비가 100:(2-15):(2-20) 인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 붕산 함유 수용액의 온도가 55 ℃ 내지 85 ℃이고, 디핑 시간이 90 초 내지 1,200 초인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐 알코올의 중합도가 1,500 내지 5,000 인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 요오드가 그 안 및 표면에 흡착 및 배향된 폴리비닐 알코올 필름이, 비연신 폴리비닐 알코올 필름을 물에서 단축 연신한 후 요오드 및 요오드화 칼륨을 함유한 용액에 디핑함으로써 제조된 필름, 비연신 폴리비닐 알코올 필름을 요오드 및 요오드화 칼륨을 함유한 용액에 디핑한 후 이를 단축 연신함으로써 제조된 필름, 비연신 폴리비닐 알코올 필름을 요오드 및 요오드화 칼륨을 함유한 용액에서 단축 연신함으로써 제조된 필름, 비연신 폴리비닐 알코올 필름을 다수의 디핑 단계에서 단축 연신함으로써 제조된 필름, 또는 비연신 폴리비닐 알코올 필름을 건조 상태에서 단축 연신한 후 요오드 및 요오드화 칼륨을 함유한 용액에 디핑함으로써 제조된 필름인 방법.
