- 구동원으로부터의 동력을 변속하여 출력축에 출력하는 변속기구부와, 유압펌프로부터의 유압을 역류방지 밸브를 통하여 상기 변속기구부에 공급하는 유압장치를 구비하여 이루어지는 차량용 동력전달장치에 있어서,상기 역류방지 밸브는, 내부에 유로(流路)를 형성한 원통 형상의 밸브 케이스와, 상기 밸브 케이스 내에, 이 케이스의 축선(軸線)방향으로 가동(可動) 가능하게 수납되는 밸브체(體)와, 상기 밸브 케이스 유로의 일단부에 형성되어, 상기 밸브체가 착좌(着座)함으로써 상기 유로를 폐쇄하는 밸브자리와, 상기 밸브체를 상기 밸브자리에 착좌하도록 바이어싱하는 스프링과, 상기 밸브 케이스의 상기 밸브자리와 축선방향 반대 측 부분에 고정되어 상기 스프링을 지지하는 스프링자리를 구비하고,상기 밸브자리로부터 상기 밸브 케이스 내에 유입하는 유체가, 이 밸브 케이스의 축선방향을 따라 흐르도록 구성하여, 상기 밸브 케이스 내의 유체의 흐름방향과 상기 밸브체의 가동방향이 거의 일치하도록 구성하며,상기 밸브체가 볼이고,상기 스프링자리는, 상기 스프링의 내경 측에 위치하여, 상기 볼의 움직임을 규제하는 스토퍼부를 가지며,상기 밸브 케이스는, 이 케이스의 길이방향인 상기 축선방향이 중력방향과 거의 일치하도록 배치되어 이루어지고,상기 스토퍼부는 원기둥 형상이며,상기 스프링이, 상기 원통 형상의 밸브 케이스의 내주면에 형성된 동심원 형상의 지지부와 상기 원기둥 형상의 스토퍼 사이에서 직경방향의 움직임을 규제하도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 동력전달장치.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 유압장치는, 복수(複數)의 밸브를 내장함과 함께 유로를 가지는 밸브바디를 구비하고,상기 밸브바디는, 상기 변속기구부를 수납하는 트랜스미션 케이스의 하부에 배치되며,상기 트랜스미션 케이스에 상기 밸브 케이스가 고정되어, 상기 역류방지 밸브가, 상기 트랜스미션 케이스와 상기 밸브바디 사이에, 그 길이방향을 상하로 하여 배치되고,상기 밸브 케이스는, 그 상부 외주에 나사가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 나사가 상기 트랜스미션 케이스의 유압 공급유로 개구부에 고정되고, 또한 상기 밸브 케이스의 하부는, 상기 밸브바디의 유압 공급유로를 구성하는 개구 구멍에 삽입되는 차량용 동력전달장치.

- 청구항 1, 청구항 3 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 밸브 케이스의 내주면에, 상기 축선을 따라 상기 유체의 유로가 되는 오목 홈을 형성하고,상기 밸브체가, 상기 밸브 케이스의 내주면에 접촉하여 가동되도록 이루어지는 차량용 동력전달장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 오목 홈을 복수 개 마련하고, 또한 상기 역류방지 밸브의 유출구를 복수 개 마련하여 이루어지는 차량용 동력전달장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 유출구가, 상기 오목 홈으로부터 연속하는, 상기 밸브 케이스와 상기 스프링자리 사이에 형성된 개구(開口)와, 상기 스토퍼부 내에 형성된 구멍으로 이루어지는 차량용 동력전달장치.
