Claims (9)
- 平行に配置され、駆動源からの駆動力がいずれか一方に伝達される2つのプーリ軸と、当該2つのプーリ軸上をそれぞれ軸方向に摺動する2つの可動シーブと、当該2つの可動シーブに前記軸方向にそれぞれ対向する2つの固定シーブと、からなる2つのプーリと、
前記2つのプーリのうちいずれか一方のプーリに伝達された前記駆動源からの駆動力を他方のプーリに伝達するベルトと、
前記可動シーブを前記固定シーブ側に押圧する位置決め油圧室と、
前記位置決め油圧室の外部から前記位置決め油圧室への作動油の供給を許容するとともに、当該位置決め油圧室から当該外部への作動油の排出の許容あるいは禁止を制御する連通手段と、
を備え、
前記位置決め油圧室は、前記可動シーブと前記固定シーブに固定されている隔壁とにより形成される空間部であり、
前記連通手段は、前記位置決め油圧室である前記空間部を形成する前記可動シーブあるいは前記隔壁の少なくともいずれか一方に設けられていることを特徴とするベルト式無段変速機。 - 前記連通手段は、
前記外部から前記位置決め油圧室への作動油の供給のみを許容する供給側弁と、
前記位置決め油圧室から前記外部への作動油の排出の許容あるいは禁止を制御する排出側制御弁と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト式無段変速機。 - 前記排出側制御弁は、前記可動シーブの前記固定シーブに対する軸方向における位置を一定とする際に、前記位置決め油圧室から前記外部への作動油の排出を禁止することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のベルト式無段変速機。
- 前記位置決め油圧室と軸方向において対向する遠心油圧室をさらに備え、
前記排出側制御弁が前記位置決め油圧室から前記外部への作動油の排出を許容した際には、当該位置決め油圧室から当該外部へ排出される作動油が前記遠心油圧室に供給されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のベルト式無段変速機。 - 前記供給側弁は、前記作動油が前記外部から前記位置決め油圧室に供給される方向に開弁する逆止弁であり、
前記排出側制御弁に対して前記可動シーブの径方向内側に位置し、かつ当該可動シーブの径方向外側向きに開弁するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1つに記載のベルト式無段変速機。 - 前記供給側弁は、前記作動油が前記外部から前記位置決め油圧室に供給される方向に開弁する逆止弁であり、
前記可動シーブの径方向内側向きに開弁するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1つに記載のベルト式無段変速機。 - 前記供給側弁が前記可動シーブに配置され、前記排出側制御弁が前記隔壁に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれか1つに記載のベルト式無段変速機。
- 前記供給側弁は、前記可動シーブのうち、前記空間部よりも固定シーブ側と反対側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のベルト式無段変速機。
- 前記位置決め油圧室は、前記駆動源からの駆動力が伝達されるプーリ軸を有するプーリにおける前記可動シーブを前記固定シーブ側に押圧することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載のベルト式無段変速機。
