Description
図1から図3に示す本実施形態の油圧制御装置10は、制御対象OCを油圧により制御する。油圧制御装置10は、例えば、車両に搭載される。制御対象OCは、例えば、車両の自動変速機等である。図1から図3に示すように、油圧制御装置10は、オイルポンプユニット20と、入力側油路30と、第1油路31と、第2油路32と、出力側油路33と、第1接続油路34と、第2接続油路35と、切換弁51と、圧力調整弁50と、第1逆止弁41と、第2逆止弁42と、を備える。
図7に示すように、本実施形態の油圧制御装置110のオイルポンプユニット120は、第1吐出ポート121を有する第1オイルポンプ120aと、第2吐出ポート122を有する第2オイルポンプ120bと、を有する。油圧制御装置110は、第1実施形態と異なり切換弁51および第2接続油路35を有しない。これにより、第2油路132は、第1実施形態と異なり第3部分32cを有しない。第2部分132bは、第2逆止弁42と出力側油路33とを繋ぐ。図7においては、油圧制御装置110が全吐出状態ADである場合を示す。
Claims (12)
- 制御対象を油圧により制御する油圧制御装置であって、
第1吐出ポートおよび第2吐出ポートを有するオイルポンプユニットと、
オイルタンクから前記オイルポンプユニットに吸入されるオイルが通る入力側油路と、
前記第1吐出ポートから吐出されたオイルが流入する第1油路と、
前記第2吐出ポートから吐出されたオイルが流入する第2油路と、
前記第1油路からのオイルと前記第2油路からのオイルとが流入され、前記制御対象に油圧を供給する出力側油路と、
前記第2油路に設けられ、前記出力側油路から前記第2吐出ポートへのオイルの流れを阻止し、かつ、前記第2油路内の油圧を調整可能な圧力調整逆止弁と、
を備え、
前記圧力調整逆止弁は、
所定方向に延び前記所定方向一方側に底部を有するスプール穴部と、前記スプール穴部の前記所定方向他方側に位置し前記スプール穴部の内部と繋がる流入孔部と、前記スプール穴部の内周面に設けられ前記スプール穴部の内部と繋がる流出孔部とを有する筐体部と、
前記スプール穴部の内部に前記所定方向に移動可能に収容され、前記流入孔部を開閉可能な弁体部を有する弁部材と、
前記スプール穴部の内部のうち前記所定方向において前記弁体部と前記底部との間に収容され、前記所定方向に延び、かつ、前記弁体部に前記所定方向他方側向きの弾性力を加える第1弾性部材と、
前記スプール穴部の内部のうち前記所定方向において前記弁体部と前記底部との間に収容され、前記所定方向に延びる第2弾性部材と、
を有し、
前記第2弾性部材の前記所定方向における自然長は、前記第1弾性部材の前記所定方向における自然長よりも小さく、かつ、前記弁体部が前記流入孔部を閉じた際における前記弁体部と前記底部との前記所定方向の距離よりも小さく、
前記第2弾性部材は、前記弁体部が前記流入孔部を開放した状態において前記弁体部に前記所定方向他方側向きの弾性力を加える、油圧制御装置。 - 前記第1弾性部材および前記第2弾性部材は、コイルスプリングであり、
前記第1弾性部材と前記第2弾性部材との一方は、前記第1弾性部材と前記第2弾性部材との他方の内側に位置する、請求項1に記載の油圧制御装置。 - 前記弁部材は、前記弁体部から前記所定方向一方側に延びる筒状部を有し、
前記弁体部の前記所定方向一方側の端部と前記筒状部の前記所定方向一方側の端部との間の前記所定方向の距離は、前記第2弾性部材の前記所定方向における自然長よりも小さく、
前記第1弾性部材の前記所定方向他方側の端部は、前記筒状部の内部に収容され、
前記第2弾性部材の外径は、前記第1弾性部材の内径よりも小さく、
前記第2弾性部材は、前記第1弾性部材の内側に位置する、請求項2に記載の油圧制御装置。 - 前記第1弾性部材の巻方向と前記第2弾性部材の巻方向とは、互いに逆向きである、請求項2または3に記載の油圧制御装置。
- 前記第2弾性部材の弾性係数は、前記第1弾性部材の弾性係数よりも大きい、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の油圧制御装置。
- 前記第2弾性部材の前記所定方向における自然長は、前記底部と前記流出孔部との間の前記所定方向の距離よりも小さい、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の油圧制御装置。
- 前記出力側油路と前記オイルタンクまたは前記入力側油路とを繋ぐ第1接続油路と、
前記第1接続油路に設けられた圧力調整弁と、
をさらに備え、
前記圧力調整弁は、
前記第1接続油路が接続された部分における前記出力側油路内の油圧値が所定値以上の場合に、前記第1接続油路内における前記出力側油路から前記オイルタンクまたは前記入力側油路へのオイルの流れを許容する開状態となり、
前記油圧値が前記所定値よりも小さい場合に、前記第1接続油路内における前記出力側油路から前記オイルタンクまたは前記入力側油路へのオイルの流れを遮断する閉状態となる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の油圧制御装置。 - 前記第1油路に設けられ、前記出力側油路から前記第1吐出ポートへのオイルの流れを阻止する逆止弁をさらに備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の油圧制御装置。
- 前記第2油路のうち前記圧力調整逆止弁と前記出力側油路との間の部分に設けられる切換弁と、
前記切換弁と前記オイルタンクまたは前記入力側油路とを繋ぐ第2接続油路と、
をさらに備え、
前記切換弁は、前記第2吐出ポートから前記第2油路に吐出されたオイルを前記出力側油路へと流す状態と、前記第2吐出ポートから前記第2油路に吐出されたオイルを前記第2接続油路へと流す状態と、を切り換える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の油圧制御装置。 - 前記第1油路に設けられる切換弁と、
前記切換弁と前記オイルタンクまたは前記入力側油路とを繋ぐ第2接続油路と、
をさらに備え、
前記切換弁は、前記第1吐出ポートから前記第1油路に吐出されたオイルを前記出力側油路へと流す状態と、前記第1吐出ポートから前記第1油路に吐出されたオイルを前記第2接続油路へと流す状態と、を切り換える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の油圧制御装置。 - 前記オイルポンプユニットは、前記第1吐出ポートおよび前記第2吐出ポートの両方を有するオイルポンプを有する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の油圧制御装置。
- 前記オイルポンプユニットは、
前記第1吐出ポートを有する第1オイルポンプと、
前記第2吐出ポートを有する第2オイルポンプと、
を有する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の油圧制御装置。
