Abstract
【解決手段】スプールバルブに、入力ポートと出力ポートとの間を開閉する弁部42を備え、弁部は、径方向外側面に設けられる径方向位置変化部43を有し、第1接続油路が接続された部分における第2出力側油路内の第2出力油圧の値から、第1接続油路が接続された部分における第1出力側油路内の第1出力油圧の値を減じた第1値が、0よりも大きい閾値以上の場合に、入力ポートと出力ポートとの間を開いて、第1接続油路内における第2出力側油路から第1出力側油路へのオイルの流れを許容し、第1値が閾値よりも小さい場合に、入力ポートと出力ポートとの間を閉じて、第1接続油路内における第2出力側油路と第1出力側油路との間のオイルの流れを遮断する。径方向位置変化部は、軸方向に延び、軸方向一方側から軸方向他方側に向かって、径方向位置が径方向内側に変化する。

Claims (12)
- オイルを吸入し、第1のオイル流量特性を有するオイルを吐出する第1オイル供給源と、
オイルを吸入し、第2のオイル流量特性を有するオイルを吐出する第2オイル供給源と、
前記第1オイル供給源から吐出されたオイルが流入し、制御対象に油圧を供給する第1出力側油路と、
前記第2オイル供給源から吐出されたオイルが流入する第2出力側油路と、
前記第1出力側油路と前記第2出力側油路とを繋ぐ第1接続油路と、
スプール穴部を有し、前記第1接続油路に設けられる弁装置と、を備え、
前記スプール穴部は、前記第2出力側油路と繋がる入力ポートと、前記第1出力側油路と繋がる出力ポートと、を有する油圧制御装置において、
前記弁装置に備えられ、かつ、軸方向に延びる中心軸を中心とし、前記スプール穴部内を軸方向に移動可能なスプールバルブであって、
前記入力ポートと前記出力ポートとの間を開閉する弁部を備え、
前記弁部は、
前記弁部の径方向外側面に設けられる径方向位置変化部を有し、
前記第1接続油路が接続された部分における前記第2出力側油路内の第2出力油圧の値から、前記第1接続油路が接続された部分における前記第1出力側油路内の第1出力油圧の値を減じた第1値が、0よりも大きい閾値以上の場合に、前記入力ポートと前記出力ポートとの間を開いて、前記第1接続油路内における前記第2出力側油路から前記第1出力側油路へのオイルの流れを許容し、
前記第1値が前記閾値よりも小さい場合に、前記入力ポートと前記出力ポートとの間を閉じて、前記第1接続油路内における前記第2出力側油路と前記第1出力側油路との間のオイルの流れを遮断し、
前記径方向位置変化部は、軸方向に延び、軸方向一方側から軸方向他方側に向かって、径方向位置が径方向内側に変化する、スプールバルブ。 - 前記弁部の軸方向他方側の端部に繋がる油路構成部をさらに備え、
前記油路構成部は、前記スプール穴部の径方向内側面との径方向の間に前記入力ポートと前記出力ポートとを繋ぐ連結油路を構成し、
前記径方向位置変化部の軸方向他方側の端部は、前記連結油路に繋がる、請求項1に記載のスプールバルブ。 - 前記油路構成部の径方向外側面は、前記径方向位置変化部の軸方向他方側の端部と径方向において同じ位置、または前記径方向位置変化部の軸方向他方側の端部よりも径方向内側に位置する、請求項2に記載のスプールバルブ。
- 前記径方向位置変化部は、軸方向一方側から軸方向他方側に向かって径方向内側に位置する向きに傾斜する第1傾斜部を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のスプールバルブ。
- 前記径方向位置変化部は、前記第1傾斜部よりも軸方向他方側に配置される第2傾斜部を有し、
前記第2傾斜部は、軸方向一方側から軸方向他方側に向かって径方向内側に位置する向きに傾斜し、
前記第2傾斜部の軸方向に対する傾きは、前記第1傾斜部の軸方向に対する傾きよりも大きい、請求項4に記載のスプールバルブ。 - 前記径方向位置変化部は、軸方向に平行な平坦部を有し、
前記平坦部は、前記第1傾斜部と前記第2傾斜部とを繋ぐ、請求項5に記載のスプールバルブ。 - 前記径方向位置変化部の軸方向一方側の端部には、前記弁部の径方向外側面から軸方向他方側に向かって径方向内側に窪む段差が設けられる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のスプールバルブ。
- 前記径方向位置変化部は、周方向に沿って複数設けられる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のスプールバルブ。
- 前記複数の径方向位置変化部は、周方向沿って等間隔に配置される、請求項8に記載のスプールバルブ。
- 前記径方向位置変化部の軸方向一方側の端部における周方向の寸法は、軸方向他方側に向かうに従って大きくなる、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のスプールバルブ。
- 前記径方向位置変化部の軸方向一方側の端部は、径方向外側から視て軸方向一方側に凸となる円弧状である、請求項10に記載のスプールバルブ。
- 前記径方向位置変化部は、軸方向に沿って直線状に延びる、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のスプールバルブ。
