Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 침탄실을 포함하는 침탄 처리 장치로서,상기 침탄실은,상기 침탄실 내부에 탄화 수소계 가스를 공급하기 위한 탄화 수소계 가스 공급부;상기 침탄실 내부에 산화성 가스를 공급하기 위한 산화성 가스 공급부;상기 침탄실의 내부 압력을 감소시키는 진공 펌프;상기 침탄실의 내부 분위기를 분석하는 노 내부 분위기 분석 장치;상기 침탄실의 내부 압력을 제어하는 압력계;상기 침탄실의 내부 온도를 제어하는 열전대;상기 노 내부 분위기 분석 장치, 상기 압력계, 및 상기 열전대로부터 제공되는 분석값에 기초하여 카본 퍼텐셜을 연산하는 연산 장치; 및상기 연산 장치로부터 제공되는 연산값에 기초하여 상기 탄화 수소계 가스 및 상기 산화성 가스 중 적어도 하나의 공급량을 조절하는 조절계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 침탄 처리 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 침탄실에 인접하여 배치된 반송실; 상기 반송실에 인접하여 배치된 담금질실; 및 상기 반송실에 인접하여 배치된 가스 냉각실을 더 포함하고,강철 재료가 상기 침탄실, 상기 담금질실, 및 상기 가스 냉각실 중 하나에서 상기 침탄실, 상기 담금질실, 및 상기 가스 냉각실 중 다른 하나로 이동함에 있어서, 상기 강철 재료는 상기 반송실을 반드시 통과하고,상기 침탄실, 상기 가스 냉각실 및 상기 반송실 중 적어도 하나의 내부 압력은 0.1kPa 이하로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 침탄 처리 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 노 내부 분위기 분석 장치가 CO가스 분압계, CO가스 농도계, CO2가스 분압계, CO2가스 농도계, O2가스 분압계, O2가스 농도계, H2가스 분압계, H2가스 농도계, CH4가스 분압계, CH4가스 농도계 및 노점계로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 침탄 처리 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 침탄실에 N2 가스를 공급하기 위한 N2 가스 주입구를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 침탄 처리 장치.
