Claims (7)
- (A) 제초제 효과량의 하기 화학식 1의 화합물, 그의 입체이성질체 및 그의 농업상 통상적인 염으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물; 및(B) 해독제-활성량의 하나 이상의 하기 화학식 6의 아실설파모일벤즈아미드 또는 이의 염 형태를 포함하는 제초제 조성물:화학식 1화학식 6상기 식에서,R1은 니트로, 아미노, 할로겐, 시아노, (C1-C4)-알킬, (C2-C4)-알케닐, (C2-C4)-알키닐, (C1-C4)-할로알킬, (C2-C4)-할로알케닐, (C2-C4)-할로알키닐, (C1-C4)-할로알콕시, (C1-C4)-할로알킬티오, (C1-C4)-알콕시카보닐, (C1-C4)-알킬설포닐, (C1-C4)-알킬 설피닐, (C1-C4)-알킬티오, (C1-C4)-알콕시, (C1-C4)-알콕시-(C1-C4)-알콕시, (C1-C4)-알킬카보닐, (C1-C4)-알킬아미노설포닐, (C1-C4)-디알킬아미노설포닐, (C1-C4)-알킬카바모일, (C1-C4)-디알킬카바모일, (C1-C4)-알콕시-(C1-C4)-알킬, (C1-C4)-알킬아미노 또는 (C1-C4)-디알킬아미노이고;R2는 (C1-C4)-할로알콕시-(C1-C4)-알킬, (C1-C4)-알콕시-(C1-C4)-알콕시-(C1-C4)-알콕시-(C1-C4)-알킬, (C3-C6)-사이클로알콕시-(C1-C4)-알킬, (C3-C6)-사이클로알킬-(C1-C4)-알콕시, 테트라하이드로푸란-2-일-메톡시-(C1-C4)-알킬 또는 테트라하이드로푸란-3-일-메톡시-(C1-C4)-알킬이거나, 또는 시아노메틸, 에톡시메틸 및 메톡시메틸로 구성된 군에서 선택된 라디칼에 의해 치환된 이속사졸-3-일 및 4,5-디하이드로이속사졸-3-일로 구성된 군에서 선택된 헤테로환상 라디칼이고;R3은 OR5, 시아노, 할로겐, 시아나토, 티오시아나토, (C1-C4)-알킬티오, (C1-C4)-알킬설피닐, (C1-C4)-알킬설포닐, (C2-C4)-알케닐티오, (C2-C4)-알케닐설피닐, (C2-C4)-알케닐설포닐, (C2-C4)-알키닐티오, (C2-C4)-알키닐설피닐, (C2-C4)-알키닐설포닐, (C1-C4)-할로알킬티오, (C2-C4)-할로알케닐티오, (C2-C4)-할로알키닐티오, (C1-C4)-할로알킬설피닐, (C2-C4)-할로알케닐설피닐, (C2-C4)-할로알키닐설피닐, (C1-C4)-할로알킬설 포닐, (C2-C4)-할로알케닐설포닐 또는 (C2-C4)-할로알키닐설포닐이고;R4는 (C1-C4)-알킬이고;R5는 수소, (C1-C4)-알킬, (C1-C4)-할로알킬 또는 (C1-C4)-알콕시-(C1-C4)-알킬이고;a는 0, 1, 2 또는 3이고;b는 0, 1 또는 2이고;X3은 CH 또는 N이고;R35는 수소, 헤테로사이클릴 또는 탄화수소 라디칼이고, 이때 헤테로사이클릴 및 탄화수소 라디칼은 각각 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, 아미노, 하이드록실, 카복실, CHO, CONH2, SO2NH2 및 일반식 -Za-Ra의 라디칼로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1개 이상의 동일하거나 상이한 라디칼에 의해 치환되거나 치환되지 않으며;R36은 수소, 하이드록실, (C1-C6)-알킬, (C2-C6)-알케닐, (C2-C6)-알키닐, (C1-C6)-알콕시 또는 (C2-C6)-알케닐옥시이고, 이때 (C1-C6)-알킬, (C2-C6)-알케닐, (C2-C6)-알키닐, (C1-C6)-알콕시 및 (C2-C6)-알케닐옥시는 각각 할로겐, 하이드록실, (C1-C4)-알킬, (C1-C4)-알콕시 및 (C1-C4)-알킬티오로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1개 이상의 동일하거나 상이한 라디칼에 의해 치환되거나 치환되지 않거나, 또는R35 및 R36이 이들이 결합된 질소 원자와 함께 3원 내지 8원의 포화 또는 불포화 고리를 형성하고;R37은 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, 아미노, 하이드록실, 카복실, CHO, CONH2, SO2NH2 또는 일반식 -Zb-Rb의 라디칼이고;R38은 수소, (C1-C4)-알킬, (C2-C4)-알케닐 또는 (C2-C4)-알키닐이고;R39는 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, 아미노, 하이드록실, 카복실, 포스포릴, CHO, CONH2, SO2NH2 또는 일반식 -Zc-Rc의 라디칼이고;Ra는 탄소 쇄가 산소 원자에 의해 1회 이상 차단된 (C2-C20)-알킬 라디칼이거나, 또는 각각 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, 아미노, 하이드록실, 모노-[(C1-C4)-알킬]아미노 및 디-[(C1-C4)-알킬]아미노로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1개 이상의 동일하거나 상이한 라디칼에 의해 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 탄화수소 라디칼 또는 헤테로사이클릴 라디칼이고;Rb 및 Rc는 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 탄소 쇄가 산소 원자에 의해 1회 이상 차단된 (C2-C20)-알킬 라디칼이거나, 또는 각각 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, 아미노, 하이드록실, 포스포릴, (C1-C4)-할로알콕시, 모노-[(C1-C4)-알킬]아미노 및 디-[(C1-C4)- 알킬]아미노로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1개 이상의 동일하거나 상이한 라디칼에 의해 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 탄화수소 라디칼 또는 헤테로사이클릴 라디칼이고;Za는 일반식 -O-, -S-, -CO-, -CS-, -CO-O-, -CO-S-, -SO-, -SO2-, -NRd-, -CO-NRd- 및 -SO2-NRd-로 구성된 군에서 선택된 이가 단위이고;Zb 및 Zc는 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 직접 결합이거나, 또는 일반식 -O-, -S-, -CO-, -CS-, -CO-O-, -CO-S-, -SO-, -SO2-, -NRd-, -SO2-NRd 및 -CO-NRd-로 구성된 군에서 선택된 이가 단위이고;Rd는 수소, (C1-C4)-알킬 또는 (C1-C4)-할로알킬이고;r은 0 내지 4의 정수이고;X3이 CH일 때 q는 0 내지 5의 정수이며, X3이 N일 때 q는 0 내지 4의 정수이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,화학식 1의 화합물중에서,R1이 니트로, 시아노, 염소, 불소, 메틸, 트리플루오로메틸, 메틸설포닐 또는 에틸설포닐이고;R2가 펜타플루오로에톡시메틸, 2,2-디플루오로에톡시메틸, 2,2,2-트리플루오로에톡 시메틸, 2,2,3,3-테트라플루오로프로폭시메틸, 사이클로펜틸옥시메틸, 사이클로헥실옥시메틸, 사이클로프로필옥시, 테트라하이드로푸란-2-일메톡시메틸 또는 메톡시에톡시에톡시메틸이거나, 또는 시아노메틸, 에톡시메틸 및 메톡시메틸로 구성된 군에서 선택된 라디칼에 의해 치환된 4,5-디하이드로이속사졸-3-일이고;R3이 OR5이고;R5가 수소이고;a가 2이고;b가 0이되;2개의 R1 라디칼이 페닐 고리의 2번 및 4번 위치에 존재하는화합물을 포함하는 제초제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제초제 대 완화제를 1:10 내지 10:1의 비율로 포함하는 제초제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,추가의 제초제를 포함하는 제초제 조성물.
- 제초제 효과량의, 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 제초제 조성물을 잡초 식물, 식물, 식물의 종자 또는 경작지에 살포함을 포함하는, 농작물에서 잡초 식물을 방제하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,사탕수수, 옥수수, 밀, 호밀, 보리, 귀리, 벼, 수수, 면화 및 콩으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 식물에 살포하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,유전자변형 식물에 살포하는 방법.
