- 고분자재료로 이루어지는 기재와, 그 기재상에 형성된 산화알루미늄으로 이루어지는 증착층을 구비하는 증착 필름으로서,상기 기재는, 그 증착층을 증착하기 전에 홀로 애노드 플라즈마 처리기를 사용한 특수 플라즈마에 의한 플라즈마 전처리가 시행되어 있고,상기 산화알루미늄은 경사구조를 가지며 그 경사구조는 기재 측에서 막 표면으로 알루미늄:산소의 원자비가 1:2 부터 1:1의 범위에서 연속적으로 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증착 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 홀로 애노드 플라즈마 처리기는, 자석을 더 포함하는 자기 어시스트·홀로 애노드·플라즈마 처리기인 것을 특징으로 하는 증착 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 증착층의 두께는 5∼300nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 증착 필름.

- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르류는, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌 나프탈레이트 및 그들의 공중합체로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 증착 필름.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 증착층상에, 수소기함유 고분자 화합물, 금속 알콕시드, 그들의 가수분해물, 및 그들의 중합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 재료로 이루어지는 복합 피막을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 증착 필름.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 수산기함유 고분자 화합물은, 폴리비닐알콜, 폴리(비닐알콜-co-에틸렌), 셀룰로스, 및 전분중 적어도 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증착 필름.
