Claims (4)
- 차량 휠용 구름 베어링 유닛과, 등속 조인트 유닛, 및 스냅 링을 포함하는 휠 구동 유닛에 있어서,상기 등속 조인트 유닛은 출력부 및 차동 기어의 출력부에 결합된 입력부를 구비하는 제 1 등속 조인트와, 출력 말단 및 상기 제 1 등속 조인트의 출력부에 결합된 입력 말단을 구비하는 전동축과, 출력부 및 상기 전동축의 출력 말단에 결합된 입력부를 구비하는 제 2 등속 조인트를 포함하고,상기 차량 휠용 구름 베어링 유닛은 외측 링과, 중공 허브와, 내측 링을 포함하며, 상기 외측 링은 외측 링 궤도가 형성된 내주면을 구비하고 사용 중에는 회전하지 않으며, 상기 중공 허브는 외주면을 가지며, 상기 외주면의 외측 말단 근처에는 차량 휠을 지지하기 위한 플랜지가 형성되고, 상기 외주면의 중앙부에는 제 1 내측 링 궤도가 형성되고 그의 내측 말단 근처에는 소직경의 단차부가 형성되며, 상기 내측 링은 제 2 내측 링 궤도가 형성되고 상기 허브의 소직경 단차부상에 끼워지는 외주면을 가지며, 상기 허브는 상기 내측 링이 소직경 단차부의 외부로 빠지는 것을 방지하기 위한 절곡부를 형성하도록 방사상 외측으로 소성 변형된 내측 말단을 가지며, 상기 외측 링 궤도의 각각과 상기 제 1 및 제 2 내측 링 궤도 사이에 복수의 구름 부재가 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 그리고 상기 허브 또는 허브에 고정 결합된 부재의 외주면 부분에 제 1 스플라인부가 제공되며,상기 제 2 등속 조인트는 상기 제 1 스플라인부와 스플라인 결합하는 제 2 스플라인부가 형성된 외측 말단의 외주면을 갖는 구동 부재와, 그의 내측 말단의 등속 조인트용 외측 링을 포함하여 상기 제 2 등속 조인트를 구성하고,상기 허브 또는 허브에 고정 결합된 부재의 외주면 부분에 제 1 결합부가 제공되고,상기 구동 부재의 외측 말단의 외주면에 제 2 결합부가 제공되며,상기 제 1 결합부와 상기 제 2 결합부 사이에 스냅 링이 끼워져서 제 1 스플라인부와 제 2 스플라인부 사이의 분리를 방지하고,상기 허브의 소직경 단차부는 그의 최내측 말단에 단차면 부분을 가지며,상기 내측 링은 단차면 부분에 접하는 내측 말단면을 가지며,상기 허브의 외주면상에서, 적어도 제 1 내측 링 궤도 및 단차면 부분이 담금질 경화되고,상기 허브의 내주면상에서, 담금질 경화된 단차면 부분의 내경쪽에 위치한 적어도 일 부분과 절곡부는 담금질 경화되지 않고,상기 허브 또는 허브에 고정 결합된 부재와 상기 구동 부재 중 적어도 하나는 제 1 및 제 2 결합부용 결합 홈이 형성되고 그리고 담금질 경화되지 않은 주변부를 가지며,상기 등속 조인트용 외측 링은 그의 내주면에 외측 결합 홈부가 형성되고, 원주방향으로 인접한 상기 외측 결합 홈부의 쌍 사이에 케이지 안내부가 각각 존재하며,상기 등속 조인트용 외측 링의 내주면상에서, 적어도 외측 결합 홈부 및 케이지 안내부가 담금질 경화되는휠 구동 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 스플라인부는 상기 허브의 내주면상에 형성된 암형 스플라인부이고, 상기 제 2 스플라인부는 상기 구동 부재의 외측 말단을 구성하는 스플라인 축의 외주면상에 형성된 수형 스플라인부이며, 상기 제 1 결합부는 외측 말단 근처의 허브의 내주면에 형성된 결합 단차부이고, 상기 제 2 결합부는 외측 말단의 스플라인 축의 외주면에 형성된 결합 홈이며, 상기 스플라인 축은 외주면이 담금질 경화된 기단을 갖는휠 구동 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 내측 링과 일체로 형성되거나 그로부터 분리되어 형성되고 상기 허브의 내측 말단에 고정하여 끼워지며, 상기 절곡부에 의해 유지되는 스페이서를 더 포함하며, 상기 제 1 스플라인부는 스페이서의 외주면상에 형성된 수형 스플라인부이고, 상기 제 2 스플라인부는 대체로 실질적으로 원통 형상으로 형성된 구동 부재의 외측 말단의 내주면에 제공된 암형 스플라인부이며, 상기 제 1 결합부는 스페이서의 외주면에 형성된 방사상 내측 결합 홈이고, 상기 제 2 결합부는 구동 부재의 외측 말단의 내주면에 형성된 방사상 외측 결합 홈인휠 구동 유닛.
- 휠 지지용 구름 베어링 유닛과 등속 조인트를 포함하는 휠 구동 유닛에 있어서,상기 구름 베어링 유닛은 허브를 포함하고, 상기 허브는 스플라인부 및 결합부를 구비하며, 상기 등속 조인트는 스플라인부 및 결합부를 구비하고, 상기 허브 및 상기 등속 조인트는 상기 스플라인부로 스플라인 결합되며, 상기 허브는 스냅 링을 거쳐 결합부를 통해 상기 등속 조인트에 결합되고, 상기 결합부 중 적어도 하나에 담금질 경화되지 않은 홈이 형성되며, 상기 홈이 형성된 부재의 스플라인부의 적어도 일부는 담금질 경화되는휠 구동 유닛.
