Abstract
【解決手段】 シャフト6に形成した止め輪溝13のシャフト引抜き方向と反対側の壁を当接部とし、垂直な面13bと角13cからなる少なくとも2点以上の当接部として、止め輪14の下面と当接させることにより、止め輪14の縮径方向への移動を阻止して、分解不可能な仕様とする。

Claims (4)
- シャフトと嵌合するための挿入孔を有する等速ジョイントの内部部品と、
リング状の止め輪溝を有するシャフトと、
前記止め輪溝内に位置する弾性的に拡径・縮径が可能な止め輪とからなり、
シャフトに引抜き方向の力が加わったとき、止め輪が内部部品の挿入孔に形成した傾斜部と前記止め輪溝との間に介在することによりシャフトの抜けを防止するようにしたシャフト抜け防止構造において、
シャフト引抜き方向と反対側の止め輪溝の側壁を、止め輪の下面と当接する少なくとも2つの当接部から構成することを特徴とする等速ジョイントのシャフト抜け防止構造。 - シャフトと嵌合するための挿入孔を有する等速ジョイントの内部部品と、
リング状の止め輪溝を有するシャフトと、
前記止め輪溝内に位置する弾性的に拡径・縮径が可能な止め輪とからなり、
シャフトに引抜き方向の力が加わったとき、止め輪が内部部品の挿入孔に形成した傾斜部と前記止め輪溝との間に介在することによりシャフトの抜けを防止するようにしたシャフト抜け防止構造において、
シャフト引抜き方向と反対側の止め輪溝の側壁を、シャフトの外径から軸心に向けて止め輪の線径より小さい寸法の段差部で構成することを特徴とする等速ジョイントのシャフト抜け防止構造。 - シャフトと内部部品とはスプラインで結合されており、前記内部部品の挿入孔にシャフトが装着されているとき、止め輪溝が内部部品のスプラインの軸方向範囲外に位置することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の等速ジョイントのシャフト抜け防止構造。
- シャフトと内部部品とはスプラインで結合されており、前記内部部品の挿入孔にシャフトが装着されているとき、止め輪溝が内部部品のスプラインの軸方向範囲内に位置し、内部部品のスプラインに形成された溝と対向し、この溝のシャフト引抜き方向の壁に前記傾斜部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の等速ジョイントのシャフト抜け防止構造。
