Claims (19)
- 용액의 총 중량을 기준으로 1 중량% 미만의 클로라이드,메탄올, 에탄올, 이소프로판올, n-프로판올, 이소부탄올, n-부탄올, t-부탄올 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 저급 알콜, 및90%를 넘는 양이 하기 화학식 II의 T형 구조 단위의 형태로 존재하는 양이온성 N-치환 아미노폴리실록산과 유기산과의 하기 화학식 I로 표시되는 1종 이상의 히드로염 (hydrosalt)을 포함하는,활성 성분 중 어느 것도 응집하지 않는 안정한 용액.<화학식 I><화학식 II>식 중,R기는 각각 독립적으로 벤질 또는 비닐벤질이고, Y기는 동일하거나 상이하며 알콕시기, 히드록실기 또는 O1/2이고, A는 유기 카르복실산이고, 0 ≤ a ≤ 2이고, 0 ≤ b ≤ 1이고, c ≥ 0.125이고, 0.125 ≤ (a+b) ≤ 3이고, x ≥ 2이고,R'기는 화학식 [Ra-NH(2-a)(CH2)2NH(1-b)Rb-(CH2)3-]을 갖는 기이고, R'기 중 하나 이상은 화학식 [Ra-NH(2-a)(CH2)2NH(1-b)Rb-(CH2)3-]·Az (식 중, z ≥ 1이고, R, A, a 및 b는 상기 정의된 바와 같음)를 충족시킨다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 카르복실산 A가 포름산, 아세트산, 프로피온산, 시트르산, 옥살산, 락트산 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것인, 활성 성분 중 어느 것도 응집하지 않는 안정한 용액.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 3,5-디-tert-부틸카테콜, 2,5-디-tert-부틸히드로퀴논, 4-tert-부틸피로카테콜, 2,4-디-tert-부틸페놀, 히드로퀴논 모노메틸 에테르, 2,6-디-tert-부틸-p-크레졸 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 안정화제를 추가 성분으로서 포함하는, 활성 성분 중 어느 것도 응집하지 않는 안정한 용액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 양이온성 아미노실록산과 유기산과의 히드로염의 양이 용액의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 80 중량%인, 활성 성분 중 어느 것도 응집하지 않는 안정한 용액.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 알콜의 양이 용액의 총 중량을 기준으로 14 내지 99.9 중량%인, 활성 성분 중 어느 것도 응집하지 않는 안정한 용액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, pH가 10 미만인, 활성 성분 중 어느 것도 응집하지 않는 안정한 용액.
- (i) 하기 화학식 I로 표시되는(단 A는 HCl임) 히드로클로라이드 염의 저급 알콜 중의 용액을 NaOH와 반응시키고, 침전된 NaCl을 분리 제거하고, 생성된 유리 아민을 유기산 A와 반응시키는 단계; 또는(ii) 하기 화학식 I로 표시되는(단 A는 HCl임) 히드로클로라이드 염의 저급 알콜 중의 용액을 유기산 A의 나트륨 염과 반응시키고, 침전된 NaCl을 분리 제거하는 단계; 또는(iii) 하기 화학식 I로 표시되는(단 A는 HCl임) 히드로클로라이드 염의 저급 알콜 중의 용액을 저급 알콜의 나트륨 알콕시드와 반응시키고, 침전된 NaCl을 분리 제거하고, 생성된 유리 아민을 유기산 A와 반응시키는 단계; 및(iv) 양이온성 N-치환 아미노폴리실록산과 유기산 A와의 히드로염의 저급 알콜 중의 용액을 회수하는 단계에 의해,용액의 총 중량을 기준으로 1 중량% 미만의 클로라이드,메탄올, 에탄올, 이소프로판올, n-프로판올, 이소부탄올, n-부탄올, t-부탄올 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 저급 알콜, 및90%를 넘는 양이 하기 화학식 II의 T형 구조 단위의 형태로 존재하는 양이온성 N-치환 아미노폴리실록산과 유기산과의 하기 화학식 I로 표시되는 1종 이상의 히드로염을 포함하는,활성 성분 중 어느 것도 응집하지 않는 안정한 용액을 제조하는 방법.<화학식 I><화학식 II>식 중,R기는 각각 독립적으로 벤질 또는 비닐벤질이고, Y기는 동일하거나 상이하며 알콕시기, 히드록실기 또는 O1/2이고, A는 유기 카르복실산이고, 0 ≤ a ≤ 2이고, 0 ≤ b ≤ 1이고, c ≥ 0.125이고, 0.125 ≤ (a+b) ≤ 3이고, x ≥ 2이고,R'기는 화학식 [Ra-NH(2-a)(CH2)2NH(1-b)Rb-(CH2)3-]을 갖는 기이고, R'기 중 하나 이상은 화학식 [Ra-NH(2-a)(CH2)2NH(1-b)Rb-(CH2)3-]·Az (식 중, z ≥ 1이고, R, A, a 및 b는 상기 정의된 바와 같음)를 충족시킨다.
- 제9항에 있어서, 유기 카르복실산 A가 포름산, 아세트산, 프로피온산, 시트르산, 옥살산, 락트산 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 삭제
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 유기산 A 중에 용해된, 3,5-디-tert-부틸카테콜, 2,5-디-tert-부틸히드로퀴논, 4-tert-부틸피로카테콜, 2,4-디-tert-부틸페놀, 히드로퀴논 모노메틸 에테르, 2,6-디-tert-부틸-p-크레졸 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 추가의 안정화제를 단계 (iv) 이전에 첨가하는 것인 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 용액, 또는 제9항 또는 제10항의 방법에 의해 제조된 양이온성 N-치환 아미노폴리실록산의 용액을 포함하는, 유기성 표면과 무기성 표면 사이의 접착 촉진제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 용액, 또는 제9항 또는 제10항의 방법에 의해 제조된 양이온성 N-치환 아미노폴리실록산의 용액을 사용하여 유기 중합체를 무기 충전재, 유리 섬유 또는 금속 입자로 강화시키는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 유기 중합체를 무기 충전재로 강화시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 용액, 또는 제9항 또는 제10항의 방법에 의해 제조된 양이온성 N-치환 아미노폴리실록산의 용액을 포함하는, 무기성 표면을 유기 중합체로 코팅하기 위한 프라이머.
- 제17항에 있어서, 금속, 금속 옥시드 또는 유리를 유기 중합체로 코팅하기 위한 프라이머.
- 제17항에 있어서, 두께가 20 초과 내지 800 nm인 N-치환 아미노폴리실록산 코팅을 형성하는 것인 프라이머.
