- 삭제
- 중량 %로 C: 0.05 내지 0.7 %, Si: 0.05 내지 1 %, Mn: 0.5 내지 3 %, P: 0.1 % 이하, S: 0.1 % 이하 및 Al: 0.2 % 이하를 함유하고, 추가로 Ti: 0.01 내지 0.8 %, Cr: 3 % 이하, Mo: 1 % 이하 중 선택된 하나 이상의 원소를 다음 화학식 1을 만족시키도록 함유하고 잔량부가 Fe 및 그 밖의 불가피한 불순물로 구성되는 강의 표면 상에 전체적으로 잔량이 0.1 % 보다 많은 Cr 및 Mn을 함유하고 잔량부가 Fe, Al 및 그 밖의 불가피한 불순물로 구성되는 Fe-Al계 피막을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 도장-후 내식성이 우수한 고강도 알루미늄계 합금 도금 강판.[화학식 1]Ti + 0.5×Mn + Cr + 0.5×Mo 〉 0.4
- 강판의 표면 상에 전체적으로 0.1 %보다 많은 Cr 및 Mn을 함유하고, 잔량부가 Fe, Al 및 그 밖의 불가피한 불순물로 구성되는 Fe-Al계 피막을 갖고,상기 강판의 표면은 중량 %로 C : 0.15 내지 0.55 %, Si : 0.5 % 이하, Mn : 0.2 내지 3.0 %, P : 0.1 % 이하, S : 0.04 % 이하, Al : 0.005 내지 0.100 %를 포함하고, 또한 Cr : 2.0 % 이하, Mo : 1.0 % 이하 중 1 종류 또는 2 종류를 (Cr + 7 x Mo) : 0.1 이상을 만족시키도록 함유하고, 잔량부가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 도장-후 내식성이 우수한 고강도 알루미늄계 합금 도금 강판.
- 강판의 표면 상에 전체적으로 0.1 %보다 많은 Cr 및 Mn을 함유하고, 잔량부가 Fe, Al 및 그 밖의 불가피한 불순물로 구성되는 Fe-Al계 피막을 갖고,중량 %로 C : 0.15 내지 0.55 %, Si : 0.5 % 이하, Mn : 0.2 내지 3.0 %, P : 0.1 % 이하, S : 0.04 % 이하, Al : 0.01 내지 0.100 %, N : 0.01 % 이하를 함유하고, 또한 B : 0.0002 내지 0.050 %, Ti : 0.01 내지 0.8 %, Cr : 2.0 % 이하, Mo : 1.0 % 이하, Ni : 1 % 이하, Cu : 0.5 % 이하, Sn : 0.2 % 이하로부터 선택된 1 종류 또는 2 종류 이상의 원소를 함유하고, 또한 (Ni + 0.5 x Cu + 3 x Sn) : 0.012 이상을 만족시키도록 함유하고, 잔량부가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 도장-후 내식성이 우수한 고강도 알루미늄계 합금 도금 강판.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Fe-Al계 피막은 1 내지 20 %의 Si를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 도장-후 내식성이 우수한 고강도 알루미늄계 합금 도금 강판.
- 제2항에 있어서, Fe-Al계 피막층의 Al 농도가 35 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 도장-후 내식성이 우수한 고강도 알루미늄계 합금 도금 강판.
- 제2항에 있어서, Fe-Al계 피막은 Zn: 1 내지 50 %와 Mg: 0.1 내지 10 % 중 어느 하나 또는 이들 모두를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 도장-후 내식성이 우수한 고강도 알루미늄계 합금 도금 강판.
- 제2항에 있어서, Fe-Al계 피막층의 두께가 3 내지 35 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 도장-후 내식성이 우수한 고강도 알루미늄계 합금 도금 강판.
- 제2항에 있어서, 강판 표면 상의 Fe-Al로 구성된 피막층과, 피막층의 저면에서 두께가 2 ㎛ 이상에서 강판 두께의 1/10 이하까지인 페라이트 층과, 페라이트 층의 저면에서 마르텐사이트로 구성된 모강을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 도장-후 내식성이 우수한 고강도 알루미늄계 합금 도금 강판.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 피막층은 알루미늄계 합금 도금층과 금속간 화합물층으로 이루어지고, 강판 표면 상의 알루미늄계 합금 도금층과 금속간 화합물 층의 저면에서의 페라이트 층은 Si를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 도장-후 내식성이 우수한 고강도 알루미늄계 합금 도금 강판.
- 제9항에 있어서, 페라이트 상의 비커스 경도는 200 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 도장-후 내식성이 우수한 고강도 알루미늄계 합금 도금 강판.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 도금 강판은 차량 부재에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 도장-후 내식성이 우수한 고강도 알루미늄계 합금 도금 강판.
- 제2항에 있어서, 표면의 적어도 일부 상에 두께가 1 내지 200 ㎛인 피막을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 도장-후 내식성이 우수한 고강도 알루미늄계 합금 도금 강판.
