Abstract
Para resolver el problema sobre la diferencia en la tasa de aumento de temperatura entre una parte superpuesta y una parte de una lámina para mejorar aún más la resistencia a la corrosión del enchapado después del estampado en caliente. Una pieza en bruto superpuesta para estampado en caliente incluye: una primera lámina de acero; y al menos una segunda lámina de acero conectada a una superficie de la primera lámina de acero a través de un punto de soldadura y con un área más pequeña que la primera lámina de acero, en donde: la primera lámina de acero es una lámina de acero enchapada que tiene una capa enchapada a base de aluminio en ambas caras de la primera lámina de acero, y la segunda lámina de acero es una lámina de acero enchapada que tiene una capa enchapada a base de aluminio en ambas caras de la segunda lámina de acero; un peso del recubrimiento de la capa enchapada a base de aluminio en la primera lámina de acero es W1 (g/m2) en términos de un peso del recubrimiento promedio en ambas caras; un peso del recubrimiento de la capa enchapada a base de aluminio en una superficie en un lado que no está en contacto con la primera lámina de acero en la segunda lámina de acero es W2 (g/m2); y cada uno de W1 y W2 está dentro de un intervalo de 20 g/m2 o más y 120 g/m2 o menos, y satisface las relaciones de la Expresión (1) y la Expresión (2).
