Abstract

소지철 및 Zn-Al-Mg계 도금층을 포함하는 Zn-Al-Mg계 도금강재를 열간 프레스 성형하여 제조되는 열간 프레스 성형품에 있어서, 상기 열간 프레스 성형품은 그 표면에 형성된 산화물층을 포함하며, 상기 산화물층에 포함된 Mg의 함량에 대한 Al 의 함량의 비(Al/Mg)는 0.8 이상인 열간 프레스 성형품과 이를 제조하는 방법이 개시된다.
