Abstract

Un material de aleación de cobre bañado en estaño para una terminal en el cual la capa superficial a base de Sn es formada sobre la superficie del material base mismo que está hecho ya sea de cobre o de una aleación de cobre, y la capa de aleación de Cu-Sn y la capa de Ni o la capa de aleación de Ni son formadas secuencialmente entre la capa superficial a base de Sn y el material base del lado de la capa superficial a base de Sn; la capa de aleación de Cu-Sn es una capa que es formada únicamente de una aleación de un compuesto inter-metálico mismo que es obtenido mediante la sustitución de parte del Cu en la aleación Cu6Sn5 por Ni; y donde partes de la capa de aleación de Cu-Sn están expuestas en la capa superficial a base de Sn formando de esa manera una pluralidad de porciones expuestas; el grosor promedio de la capa superficial a base de Sn va de 0.2 pm a 0.6 pm (inclusive); el porcentaje del área de las porciones expuestas de la capa de aleación de Cu-Sn en relación al área de superficie va del 1% al 40% (inclusive); y el promedio del diámetro equivalente al círculo de las porciones expuestas de la capa de aleación de Cu-Sn va de 0.1 pm a 1.5 pm (inclusive); y la altura reducida de los picos Rpk de la superficie va de 0.005 pm a 0.03 pm (inclusive), y el coeficiente de Medan cinética del material de aleación de cobre bañado en estaño para una terminal es 0.3 o menos.
