Claims (6)
- 질량 %로, C : 0.03∼0.15%, Si : 0.05∼1.0%, Mn : 0.5∼1.8%, P : 0.015% 이하, S : 0.004% 이하, O(산소) : 0.01% 이하, N : 0.007% 이하, So1.Al : 0.01∼0.1%, Ti : 0.024% 이하, Ca : 0.0003∼0.02%를 함유하고, 잔부는 Fe 및 불순물로 이루어지는 라인 파이프용 강재로서,상기 라인 파이프용 강재 중에 개재물로서 존재하는 TiN의 크기가 30㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 내 HIC성이 우수한 라인 파이프용 강재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 라인 파이프용 강재로서, 또한, Cu : 0.1∼0.4%, Ni : 0.1∼0.3% 중의 1종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내 HIC성이 우수한 라인 파이프용 강재.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 라인 파이프용 강재로서, 또한, Cr : 0.01∼1.0%, Mo : 0.01∼1.0%, V : 0.01∼0.3%, B : 0.0001∼0.001%, Nb : 0.003∼0.1% 중의 1종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내 HIC성이 우수한 라인 파이프용 강재.
- 질량 %로, C : 0.03∼0.15%, Si : 0.05∼1.0%, Mn : 0.5∼1.8%, P : 0.015% 이하, S : 0.004% 이하, O(산소) : 0.01% 이하, N : 0.007% 이하, So1.Al : 0.01∼0.1%, Ti : 0.024% 이하, Ca : 0.0003∼0.02%를 함유하고, 잔부는 Fe 및 불순물로 이루어지는 라인 파이프로서,상기 라인 파이프 중에 개재물로서 존재하는 TiN의 크기가 30㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 내 HIC성이 우수한 라인 파이프.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 라인 파이프로서, 또한, Cu : 0.1∼0.4%, Ni : 0.1∼0.3% 중의 1종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인 파이프.
- 청구항 4 또는 청구항 5에 있어서, 라인 파이프로서, 또한, Cr : 0.01∼1.0%, Mo : 0.01∼1.0%, V : 0.01∼0.3%, B : 0.0001∼0.001%, Nb : 0.003∼0.1% 중의 1종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인 파이프.
