- 제 10 항에 있어서, 모 하이브리드 α-아밀라제는 돌연변이: H156Y+A181T+N19OF+A209V+Q264S (SEQ ID NO:4 의 넘버링 사용) 를 더 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 변이체.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 모 하이브리드 α-아밀라제는 돌연변이: H156Y+A181T+N19OF+A209V+Q264S+I201F (SEQ ID NO:4 의 넘버링 사용)를 더 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 변이체.
- 제 1 항 및 제 7 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 α-아밀라제 변이체를 코드화하는 DNA 서열을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DNA 구조체.
- 제 13 항에 따른 DNA 구조체를 포함하는 재조합 발현 벡터.
- 제 13 항에 따른 DNA 구조체로 형질전환된 것을 특징으로 하는 세포.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 세포는 박테리아 또는 균류인 미생물인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포.
- (i) SEQ ID NO:4 로 제시된 서열을 가지는 B.licheniformis 로부터의 α-아밀라제와, SEQ ID NO:8 로 제시된 서열을 가지는 B.stearothermophilus α-아밀라제로부터 유도된 제 1 항, 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항의 하나 이상의 변이체의 혼합물; 또는(ii) SEQ ID NO:8 로 제시된 서열을 가지는 B.stearothermophilus 로부터의 α-아밀라제와, 제 1 항 및 제 7 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항의 하나 이상의 변이체의 혼합물; 또는(iii) SEQ ID NO:8 로 제시된 서열을 가지는 B.stearothermophilus α-아밀라제로부터 유도된 제 1 항, 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항의 하나 이상의 변이체와, 제 1 항에 의한 하나 이상의 변이체의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- SEQ ID NO:8 로 제시된 서열을 가지는 B.stearothermophilus α-아밀라제로부터 유도된 제 1 항, 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항의 하나 이상의 변이체와, SEQ ID NO:4 로 제시된 서열을 가지는 B.licheniformis 로부터의 α-아밀라제의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.

- 제 20 항에 있어서, 하이브리드 α-아밀라제는 SEQ ID NO:4 로 제시된 B.licheniformis α-아밀라제의 C-말단 445개 아미노산 잔기 및 SEQ ID NO:6 로 제시된 B.amyloliquefaciens 로부터 유도된 α-아밀라제의 N-말단 37개 아미노산 잔기를 포함하는 하이브리드 α-아밀라제인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 하이브리드 α-아밀라제는 돌연변이: H156Y+A181T+ N19OF+A209V+Q264S (SEQ ID NO:4 의 넘버링 사용)를 더 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 하이브리드 α-아밀라제는 돌연변이: SEQ ID NO:2 로 제시된 H156Y+A181T+N190F+A209V+Q264S+I201F를 더 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.

- 제 14 항에 따른 벡터로 형질전환된 것을 특징으로 하는 세포.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 세포는 Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus lentus, Bacillus brevis, Bacillus stearothermophilus, Bacillus alkalophilus, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Bacillus coagulans, Bacillus circulans, Bacillus lautus 또는 Bacillus thuringiensis 로부터 선택되는 그람 양성 박테리아인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포.
