Claims (11)
- 폴리염화비닐수지 100중량부, 상용성 염소화 폴리염화비닐수지 3~20중량부, 내열성 염소화 폴리염화비닐수지 10~30중량부 및 열안정제 0.1~10중량부를 갖는 수지 조성물을, 섬유상으로 성형하여 얻어지고, 상용성 염소화 폴리염화비닐수지가 염소 함유율 57~64중량%, 또한 평균중합도 450~800이고, 내열성 염소화 폴리염화비닐수지가 염소 함유율 65~71중량%, 또한 평균중합도 450~1100인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비닐섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상용성 염소화 폴리염화비닐수지의 유동성이 0.05cc/sec 이상 0.2cc/sec 이하이고, 또한 내열성 염소화 폴리염화비닐수지의 유동성이 0.005cc/sec 이상 0.05cc/sec 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비닐섬유.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 열안정제가 하이드로탈사이트 화합물, 칼슘-아연계 화합물, 에폭시 화합물, 유기포스파이트 화합물, β-디케톤으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비닐섬유.
- 폴리염화비닐수지 100중량부, 상용성 염소화 폴리염화비닐수지 3~20중량부, 내열성 염소화 폴리염화비닐수지 10~30중량부 및 열안정제 0.1~10중량부를 갖는 수지 조성물을 섬유상으로 형성하고, 상용성 염소화 폴리염화비닐수지가 염소 함유율 57~64중량%, 또한 평균중합도 450~800이고, 내열성 염소화 폴리염화비닐수지가 염소 함유율 65~71중량%, 또한 평균중합도 450~1100이고, 섬유상으로 형성하는 수단이 용융방사인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비닐섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상용성 염소화 폴리염화비닐수지의 유동성이 0.05cc/sec 이상 0.2cc/sec 이하이고, 또한 내열성 염소화 폴리염화비닐수지의 유동성이 0.005cc/sec 이상 0.05cc/sec 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비닐섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서, 열안정제가, 하이드로탈사이트 화합물, 칼슘-아연계 화합물, 에폭시 화합물, 유기포스파이트 화합물, β-디케톤으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비닐섬유의 제조방법.
- 폴리염화비닐수지 100중량부, 상용성 염소화 폴리염화비닐수지 3~20중량부, 내열성 염소화 폴리염화비닐수지 10~30중량부 및 열안정제 0.1~10중량부를 갖고, 상용성 염소화 폴리염화비닐수지가 염소 함유율 57~64중량%, 또한 평균중합도 450~800이고, 내열성 염소화 폴리염화비닐수지가 염소 함유율 65~71중량%, 또한 평균중합도 450~1100인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비닐섬유용 수지 조성물.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상용성 염소화 폴리염화비닐수지의 유동성이 0.05cc/sec 이상 0.2cc/sec 이하이고, 또한 내열성 염소화 폴리염화비닐수지의 유동성이 0.005cc/sec 이상 0.05cc/sec 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비닐섬유용 수지 조성물.
- 제 7항 또는 제 8항에 있어서, 열안정제가, 하이드로탈사이트 화합물, 칼슘-아연계 화합물, 에폭시 화합물, 유기포스파이트 화합물, β-디케톤으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비닐섬유용 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 기재된 폴리염화비닐섬유로 형성한 인공모발.
- 제 3항에 기재된 폴리염화비닐섬유로 형성한 인공모발.
