Description
<流動性>
塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂100質量部、錫系安定剤2.0質量部、高級脂肪酸0.7質量部、エステルワックス2.3質量部、メタクリル酸メチル/ブタジエン/スチレン共重合体10質量部からなる樹脂組成物を高化式フローテスターにて温度190℃、加重100kg/cm2、ダイ寸法1φ×1mmの条件にて測定して得られたものである。
1.熱収縮性
試験体を熱処理した際に発生する熱収縮率を表したものである。熱収縮性の試験は、長さ100mmに調整した試験体を、100℃のギアオーブン中で15分間熱処理し、熱処理前後における試験体の長さの比を測定し、試験体数10本の平均値より熱収縮率を求め、この熱収縮率が7%未満であったものを◎、7%以上、10%未満であったものを○、10%以上であったものを×として評価した。製品における熱収縮率としては、10%未満が要求されるが、7%未満であれば更に好ましい。
樹脂組成物を溶融紡糸する際の成形性を表したものである。紡糸性の試験にあっては、紡糸金型から同時に120本の繊維状体を押出成形した際の、糸切れ(溶融押出中に、数本の繊維状体が途切れる現象)の発生回数を測定したものであり、測定中に発生した糸切れ回数が0回だったものを◎、1回だったものを○、2回以上発生したものを×として評価した。製造における適性条件は1回以下である。なお、測定時間は30分間、測定回数は3回とした。
参考例1で用いられるポリ塩化ビニル繊維は、ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂(大洋塩ビ株式会社製TH−1000)100質量部、相溶性塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂(積水化学工業株式会社製特注品)5質量部、耐熱性塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂(積水化学工業株式会社製特注品)11質量部、及び熱安定剤(日産化学株式会社製CP−234A)0.5質量部を配合した樹脂組成物を、溶融押出機にて溶融紡糸し、延伸工程、熱弛緩処理工程を経て、平均繊度60デニールに成形して得たものである。用いた相溶性塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂及び耐熱性塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂の塩素含有量、重合度及び流動性を表1に示した。
用いたそれぞれの樹脂の配合量、塩素含有率、重合度、流動性、及び熱安定剤の配合量を表1に示した値とした以外は参考例1と同様にしてポリ塩化ビニル繊維を得て同様の評価を行った。

Claims (10)
- ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂100質量部、相溶性塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂3〜20質量部、耐熱性塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂10〜30質量部及び熱安定剤0.1〜10質量部を有する樹脂組成物を、繊維状に成形して得られ、相溶性塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂が、塩素含有率57〜64重量%、且つ平均重合度450〜800であり、耐熱性塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂が、塩素含有率67重量%超〜71重量%、且つ平均重合度450〜1100であることを特徴とするポリ塩化ビニル繊維。
- 相溶性塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂の流動性が0.05cc/sec以上、0.2cc/sec以下であり、かつ耐熱性塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂の流動性が0.005cc/sec以上、0.05cc/sec未満であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のポリ塩化ビニル繊維。
- 熱安定剤が、ハイドロタルサイト化合物、カルシウム−亜鉛系化合物、エポキシ化合物、有機ホスファイト化合物、β−ジケトンから選択される1種または2種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載のポリ塩化ビニル繊維。
- ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂100質量部、相溶性塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂3〜20質量部、耐熱性塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂10〜30質量部及び熱安定剤0.1〜10質量部を有する樹脂組成物を繊維状に形成し、相溶性塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂が、塩素含有率57〜64重量%、且つ平均重合度450〜800であり、耐熱性塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂が、塩素含有率67重量%超〜71重量%、且つ平均重合度450〜1100であり、繊維状に形成する手段が溶融紡糸であることを特徴とするポリ塩化ビニル繊維の製造方法。
- 相溶性塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂の流動性が0.05cc/sec以上、0.2cc/sec以下であり、かつ耐熱性塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂の流動性が0.005cc/sec以上、0.05cc/sec未満であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項に記載のポリ塩化ビニル繊維の製造方法。
- 熱安定剤が、ハイドロタルサイト化合物、カルシウム−亜鉛系化合物、エポキシ化合物、有機ホスファイト化合物、β−ジケトンから選択される1種または2種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項または第5項に記載のポリ塩化ビニル繊維の製造方法。
