Claims (7)
- 복수개의 탄소-탄소간의 이중결합을 가지고, 에틸렌옥사이드 함유량이 40몰% 이상인 폴리머 조성물과,플루오로기 및/또는 술포닐기를 포함하는 유기금속염과,복수개의 탄소-탄소간의 이중결합을 가진 엘라스토머를 포함하고,상기 폴리머 조성물과 상기 엘라스토머의 중량비가 (2.5:97.5) ~ (21:79)인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기금속염으로서 비스(플루오로알킬술포닐)이미드의 금속염 또는 플루오로알킬술폰산의 금속염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한종의 금속염을 포함하고 있는 도전성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 조성물로서 에틸렌옥사이드 함유량이 40몰% 이상인 에틸렌옥사이드-프로필렌옥사이드-알릴글리시딜에테르 공중합체를 이용함과 동시에,상기 엘라스토머로서 에피클로로히드린-에틸렌옥사이드-알릴글리시딜에테르 공중합체 및/또는 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무를 이용하고 있는 도전성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, JIS K6262에 기재된 가황 또는 열가소성고무의 영구변형시 험법에 있어서, 측정온도 70℃, 측정시간 24시간으로 측정한 압축영구변형의 크기가 25% 이하이고, 인가전압 500V하에서 측정한 JIS K6911에 기재된 체적저항률이 109.0[Ωㆍ㎝]미만이고, 애스커 C 경도가 70도 이하인 도전성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리머 전성분 100중량부에 대해, 상기 유기금속염을 0.1중량부 이상 20중량부 이하의 비율로 배합한 도전성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 따른 도전성 엘라스토머 조성물로 이루어진 도전성 롤러.
- 제1항에 따른 도전성 엘라스토머 조성물로 이루어진 도전성 벨트.
