Claims (24)
- 제1 마이크로캡슐 젤라틴에 실질적으로 마이크로캡슐화되어 있는 1종 이상의 오메가-3 지방산 성분;옥수수 시럽, 글루코스 시럽 및 슈크로즈 중 1종 이상;제1 마이크로캡슐 젤라틴에 마이크로캡슐화된 오메가-3 지방산 성분을 봉입하는 제2 젤라틴;식품의 1 중량% 내지 4 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 시트르산; 및식품의 0.1 중량% 내지 2 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 레몬 향미제를 포함하며,상기 마이크로캡슐화된 오메가-3 지방산 성분, 시트르산 및 레몬 향미제가 제2 젤라틴 내에 현탁된 것인 식품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 오메가-3 지방산 성분이 어유로부터 유도된 것인 식품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 어유가 식품의 7 중량% 내지 7.5 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 식품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 어유가 식품의 1 중량% 이상 8 중량% 이하의 양으로 존재하는 식품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 토코페롤을 포함하는 식품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 식품의 0.5 중량% 내지 1.75 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 레모네이드 향미제를 포함하는 식품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 향미제를 포함하는 식품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 젤라틴이 제과용 젤라틴 매트릭스를 형성하는 식품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 레몬 향미제가 식품의 0.2 중량% 내지 0.3 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 식품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1종 이상의 오메가-3 지방산 성분이 식품의 7 중량% 이상 80 중량% 이하의 양으로 존재하는 식품.
- 제1 마이크로캡슐 젤라틴에 마이크로캡슐화되어 있는, 어류 풍미 및 어류 냄새 중 하나 이상을 지닌 어유로부터 유도된 1종 이상의 오메가-3 지방산;조성물의 1 중량% 내지 4 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 식품등급 산; 및조성물의 0.1 중량% 내지 5.5 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 하나 이상의 향미제를 포함하며,상기 마이크로캡슐화된 오메가-3 지방산, 식품등급 산, 및 향미제가 젤라틴 매트릭스 내에 현탁되어 형성한 구미-형 제품인 식품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 식품등급 산이 시트르산, 락트산, 말산, 아스코르빈산 및 인산 중 1종 이상인 식품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 향미제가 레몬 향미제 및 레모네이드 향미제 중 1종 이상인 식품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 인공 감미제를 포함하는 식품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 단당류, 이당류 및 다당류 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 식품.

- 마이크로캡슐 젤라틴에 마이크로캡슐화된 오메가-3 지방산 성분을 제공하는 단계;식품의 1 중량% 내지 4 중량% 양의 시트르산을 마이크로캡슐화된 오메가-3 지방산 성분과 혼합하는 단계;식품의 0.1 중량% 내지 2 중량% 양의 레몬 향미제를 마이크로캡슐화된 오메가-3 지방산 성분과 혼합하는 단계;젤라틴을 마이크로캡슐화된 오메가-3 지방산 성분, 시트르산 및 레몬 향미제와 젤라틴 매트릭스 내에서 혼합하여 구미-형 식품을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 식품의 제조방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 어유가 마이크로캡슐 젤라틴에 마이크로캡슐화되고, 마이크로캡슐화된 어유, 시트르산 및 레몬 향미제가 혼합되어 식품을 형성하는 것인 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 식품의 0.5 내지 3.5 중량% 양의 레모네이드 향미제를 젤라틴과 혼합하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 어유가 식품의 1 중량% 이상 8 중량% 이하의 양으로 존재하고, 레몬 향미제가 식품의 0.2 내지 0.3 중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 시트르산이 식품의 1 중량% 내지 4 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것인 방법.
