Claims (8)
- 하기 성분들 (A), (B) 및 (C)를 포함하는 수지 조성물:(A) 실리콘, 알루미늄, 지르코늄, 티탄, 아연, 게르마늄, 인듐, 주석, 안티몬 및 세륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 원소의 산화물 1개 이상과, 중합성 불포화기를 포함하는 유기 화합물을 결합시킴으로써 제조된 입자;(B) 방사선을 조사함으로써 광-라디칼을 발생시키는 부위(site)를 가지며, 중량 평균 분자량은 400 내지 10,000인 올리고머형 방사선 중합 개시제; 및(C) 분자 중에 2개 이상의 중합성 불포화기를 갖는 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,유기 화합물은 [-O-C(=O)-NH-]와 [-O-C(=S)-NH-]로 표시되는 기를 포함하거나, [-O-C(=O)-NH-]와 [-S-C(=O)-NH-]로 표시되는 기를 포함하거나, 또는 [-O-C(=O)-NH-], [-O-C(=S)-NH-] 및 [-S-C(=O)-NH-]로 표시되는 기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,유기 화합물은 실라놀기를 갖는 화합물 또는 가수분해에 의해서 실라놀기를 형성하는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,올리고머형 방사선 중합 개시제(B) 이외에 방사선 중합 개시제(D)를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 경화물을 제조함에 있어서 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수지 조성물을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수지 조성물을 경화시킴으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화물.
