Claims (8)
- (A)실리콘, 알루미늄, 지르코늄, 티탄, 아연, 게르마늄, 인듐, 주석, 안티몬 및 세륨으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 원소의 적어도 하나의 산화물과, 중합가능한 불포화기를 포함하는 유기 화합물을 결합시킴에 의해서 제조된 입자;(B)방사선을 조사함에 의해서 광-라디칼을 발생시키는 자리를 갖는 올리고머형 방사선 중합 개시제; 및(C)분자내 적어도 두개의 중합가능한 불포화기를 갖는 화합물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유기 화합물은 중합가능한 불포화기 뿐만아니라 하기 화학식 1로 나타내는 그룹을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.(화학식 1)(상기 화학식 1에서, X는 NH, O(산소원자) 또는 S(황원자)를 나타내고, Y는 O 또는 S를 나타낸다)
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유기 화합물은 [-O-C(=O)-NH-]로 나타내는 그룹과 [-O-C(=S)-NH-] 또는 [-S-C(=O)-NH-]중 적어도 하나를 나타내는 그룹을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 유기 화합물은 실라놀기를 갖는 화합물 또는 가수분해에 의해서 실라놀기를 형성하는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 올리고머형 방사선 중합 개시제의 중량 평균 분자량은 400 내지 10,000의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 올리고머형 방사선 중합 개시제(B)에서 반복되는 단위체는 하기 화학식 3으로 개시되는 2가 유기기인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.(화학식 3)
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수지 조성물이 경화된 제품을 제조하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물의 용도
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수지 조성물을 경화하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화된 제품.
