Claims (6)
- 파스너 스트링거(S)의 연속 제조기에 적용되는 이형 단면을 갖는 무치용 금속 선재(W)의 이송 장치이며,상기 무치용 금속 선재(W)의 상류측의 고정 위치에 회전 가능하게 지지된 제7 및 제8 롤러(43, 44)와, 상기 각각의 제7 및 제8 롤러(43, 44)에 대향하여 가동의 롤러 지지 부재(55)의 양단부에 회전 가능하게 지지된 제9 및 제10 롤러(45, 46)를 구비하고,상기 롤러 지지 부재(55)는 그 중앙부를 중심으로 회전 가능하게 지지되는 동시에, 압박 수단(61b, 61c)에 의해 상기 제7 및 제8 롤러(43, 44)의 롤러축 중심을 연결하는 직선에 대해 직교하는 방향으로 탄성적으로 압박되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무치용 금속 선재의 이송 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제9 및 제10 롤러(45, 46)를 상기 롤러 지지 부재(55)와 함께 상기 제7 및 제8 롤러(43, 44)에 접리시키는 접리 수단(60)을 갖고 이루어지는 무치용 금속 선재의 이송 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제7 및 제8 롤러(43, 44)는 그 주위면을 따라서 연속하는 볼록 돌출부(43a, 44a)를 갖고 이루어지고, 상기 제9 및 제10 롤러(45, 46)는 그 주위면을 따라서 연속하는 오목 홈(45a, 46a)을 갖고 이루어지는 무치용 금속 선재의 이송 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 롤러 지지 부재(55)가 V자형의 레버재로 이루어지는 무치용 금속 선재의 이송 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제7 내지 제10 롤러(43 내지 46) 전체를 동기하여 구동시키는 구동 기구를 갖고 이루어지는 무치용 금속 선재의 이송 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제7 및 제8 롤러(43, 44)가 동일 구조를 갖는 동시에, 상기 제9 및 제10 롤러(45, 46)가 동일 구조를 갖고, 상기 구동 기구는 대향하는 상기 제7 및 제9 롤러(43, 45)와 제8 및 제10 롤러(44, 46)가 맞물리는 기어(47 내지 50)를 각각 갖고 이루어지고, 상기 제7 및 제8 롤러(43, 44)의 각 기어(47, 48)가 단일의 구동 기어(42)와 맞물려 이루어지는 무치용 금속 선재의 이송 장치.
