Claims (23)
- 화학식 Ⅰ의 화합물의 제조 방법으로서:[화학식 Ⅰ][식 중,R 은 수소 또는 화학식 -SO2R1 의 기이고;R1 은 C1-6 알킬이고;R2 는 수소 또는 C1-6 알킬이고;R3 은 C1-6 알킬이고;R4 은 C1-6 알킬임],제 1 단계에서, 하기 화학식 Ⅱ 의 화합물을 루이스 산의 존재하에 4-플루오로벤조니트릴과 반응시켜 화학식 Ⅲ 의 화합물을 수득하고, 제 2 단계에서, 화학식 Ⅲ의 화합물을 하기 화학식 Ⅳ의 화합물과 반응시켜, 화학식 Ⅰ의 최종 생성물을 수득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:[화학식 Ⅱ][식 중, R3 및 R4 는 상기 의미를 가짐][화학식 Ⅲ][식 중, R3 및 R4 는 상기 의미를 가짐][화학식 Ⅳ][식 중, R 및 R2 는 상기 의미를 가짐].
- 화학식 Ⅰa 의 2-아미노-4-(4-플루오로페닐)-6-이소프로필피리미딘-5-카르복실산 에스테르의 제조 방법으로서:[화학식 Ⅰa][식 중, R3 는 청구항 1 에 나타낸 의미를 가짐],제 1 단계에서, 하기 화학식 Ⅱa 의 알킬 이소부티릴아세테이트를 루이스 산의 존재하에 4-플루오로벤조니트릴과 반응시켜, 하기 화학식 Ⅲa 의 2-[1-아미노-1-(4-플루오로페닐)메틸렌]-4-메틸-3-옥소펜타노산 에스테르를 수득하고, 제 2 단계에서, 화학식 Ⅲa 의 화합물을 하기 화학식 Ⅳa 의 시아나미드와 반응시켜, 화학식 Ⅰa 의 최종 생성물을 수득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:[화학식 Ⅱa][식 중, R3 는 청구항 1 에 나타낸 의미를 가짐][화학식 Ⅲa][식 중, R3 는 언급된 의미를 가짐][화학식 Ⅳa][식 중, R 및 R2 는 수소임].
- 제 2 항에 있어서, R3 이 메틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 제 1 단계에 사용되는 루이스 산이 주석 테트라클로라이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 제 1 단계가 유기 용매의 존재하에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 제 1 단계에서의 반응이 -5 내지 140 ℃ 의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 제 2 단계가 유기 용매, 유기 용매와 물의 혼합물의 존재하에, 또는 물 중에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 제 2 단계에서의 반응이 10 내지 120 ℃ 의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 화학식 Ⅲa 의 중간체가 단리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 메틸 2-[1-아미노-1-(4-플루오로페닐)-메틸렌]-4-메틸-3-옥소펜타노에이트.
- 하기 화학식 Ⅰb 의 4-(4-플루오로페닐)-6-알킬-2-(N-알칸술포닐-N-알킬아미노)피리미딘-5-카르복실산 에스테르의 제조 방법으로서:[화학식 Ⅰb][식 중, R1, R2, R3 및 R4 은 동일 또는 상이하고, C1-6 알킬기임], 하기 화학식 Ⅲb 의 2-[1-아미노-1-(4-플루오로페닐)메틸렌]-4-알킬-3-옥소알카노산 에스테르를, 임의 단리되거나 원위치에 제조된 하기 화학식 Ⅳb 의 N-시아노-N-알킬알칸술폰아미드와 반응시켜, 화학식 Ⅰb 의 최종 생성물을 수득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:[화학식 Ⅲb][식 중, R3 및 R4 는 C1-6 알킬기임][화학식 Ⅳb][식 중, R1 및 R2 은 C1-6 알킬기임].
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 반응이 극성 유기 용매 중에서 염기의 존재하에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서, 반응이 -10 내지 150 ℃ 의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 반응이 불활성 용매 중에서 루이스 산의 존재하에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 반응이 티타늄 테트라클로라이드의 존재하에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15 항 또는 제 16 항에 있어서, 반응이 20 내지 150 ℃ 에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- N-시아노-N-메틸메탄술폰아미드.
