- 화학식 A2SiO4:Eu2+D를 가지는 실리케이트계 옐로우 형광체를 포함하되, 여기서 상기 A는 Sr, Ca, Ba, Mg, Zn 및 Cd로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 2가 금속이고; 상기 D는 F, Cl, Br, I, P, S 및 N으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 도펀트이며 상기 옐로우 형광체내에 0.01 내지 20 몰 퍼센트의 범위의 양으로 존재하고;블루 형광체를 포함하고;상기 옐로우 형광체는 540 내지 590nm의 범위의 파장에서 피크 세기를 가지는 가시광을 방출하도록 구성되고; 그리고 상기 블루 형광체는 440 내지 510nm의 범위의 파장에서 피크 세기를 가지는 가시광을 방출하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 조성물의 상기 블루 형광체는 실리케이트계 형광체 및 알루미네이트계 형광체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 실리케이트계 블루 형광체는 화학식 Sr1 -x- yMgxBaySiO4:Eu2 +F를 가지며; 여기서 0.5≤x≤1; 0≤y≤0.5; 및 x + y ≤ 1 인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 알루미네이트계 블루 형광체는 화학식 (SrxBa1 -x)1- yMgEuyAl10O17을 가지며; 여기서 0.01≤x≤0.99; 0.01≤y≤1.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
