Claims (17)
- 각각의 분자에 2개 이상의 알케닐 그룹을 함유하는 디오가노폴리실록산 고무(a) 100중량부와 습식법 실리카(b) 1 내지 120중량부를 포함하는, 윌리암스 가소도가 25℃에서 50 내지 600인 실리콘 고무 기재 배합물(A) 100중량부,기체-함유 중공 열가소성 수지 분말(B) 0.01 내지 50중량부 및조성물을 경화시키기에 충분한 양의 경화제(C)를 포함하는 성형성 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)의 연화점이 40 내지 200℃인 성형성 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 실리콘 수지, 아크릴 수지 및 폴리카보네이트 수지로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 성형성 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 습식법 실리카의 함수량이 4중량% 미만인 성형성 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a) 100중량부당 성분(b)를 5 내지 100중량부 포함하는 성형성 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)의 윌리암스 가소도가 25℃에서 150 내지 450인 성형성 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화제가 오가노퍼옥사이드인 성형성 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화제가 백금족 촉매 및 SiH-관능성 오가노폴리실록산을 포함하는 성형성 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중공 열가소성 수지 분말에 함유된 기체가 공기, 질소 및 헬륨으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 불활성 기체인 성형성 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 불활성 기체가 질소인 성형성 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
- 각각의 분자에 2개 이상의 알케닐 그룹을 함유하는 디오가노폴리실록산 고무(a) 100중량부와 습식법 실리카(b) 1 내지 120중량부를 포함하는, 윌리암스 가소도가 25℃에서 50 내지 600인 실리콘 고무 기재 배합물(A) 100중량부,기체-함유 중공 열가소성 수지 분말(B) 0.01 내지 50중량부 및조성물을 경화시키기에 충분한 양의 경화제(C)를 포함하는 성형성 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물을 기체-함유 중공 열가소성 수지 분말의 연화점 이상의 온도에서 가열함을 포함하는, 실리콘 고무 스폰지의 제조방법.
- 각각의 분자에 2개 이상의 알케닐 그룹을 함유하는 디오가노폴리실록산 고무(a) 100중량부와 습식법 실리카(b) 1 내지 120중량부를 포함하는, 윌리암스 가소도가 25℃에서 50 내지 600인 실리콘 고무 기재 배합물(A) 100중량부,기체-함유 중공 열가소성 수지 분말(B) 0.01 내지 50중량부 및조성물을 경화시키기에 충분한 양의 경화제(C)를 포함하는 성형성 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물을 기체-함유 중공 열가소성 수지 분말의 연화점 이상의 온도에서 가열하여 제조한 실리콘 고무 스폰지.
- 제12항에 있어서, 튜브 형태인 실리콘 고무 스폰지.
- 제12항에 있어서, 시트 형태인 실리콘 고무 스폰지.
- 제12항에 있어서, 기판 위에 형성된 실리콘 고무 스폰지.
- 제15항에 있어서, 기판이 복사 롤인 실리콘 고무 스폰지.
- 제12항에 있어서, 압출 성형법 및 압축 성형법으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 방법으로 제조된 실리콘 고무 스폰지.
