Claims (5)
- 알루미나 및 멀라이트를 주성분으로 하는 세라믹 재료로 이루어진 기체와, 이 기체 상에 설치되는 피소성체와의 반응을 방지하는 코팅층을 구비하는 세라믹 전자부품 소성용 세터로서,상기 기체 및 코팅층 전체의 20℃에서의 열전도율이 2.7∼15.0 W/mㆍK이고,멀라이트의 Al2O3/SiO2 몰비가 1.6 ~ 2.4이고, 멀라이트와 알루미나의 질량비(멀라이트/알루미나)가 15/85~50/50인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 전자부품 소성용 세터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기체 및 코팅층 전체의 20℃에서의 열확산율이 1.25 ×10-6∼6.1 ×10-6 m2/s인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 전자부품 소성용 세터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기체 및 코팅층 전체의 1200℃에서의 열전도율이 5.0∼20.0 W/mㆍK인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 전자부품 소성용 세터.
- 알루미나 및 멀라이트를 주성분으로 하는 세라믹 재료로 이루어진 기체와, 이 기체 상에 설치되는 피소성체와의 반응을 방지하는 코팅층을 구비하는 세라믹 전자부품 소성용 세터로서,상기 멀라이트는 Al2O3/SiO2 몰비가 1.6∼2.4인 조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 전자부품 소성용 세터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 멀라이트는 Al2O3/SiO2 몰비가 1.8∼2.1인 조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 전자부품 소성용 세터.
