Claims (7)
- 엔진과, 상기 엔진으로 구동되는 발전기와, 상기 발전기에 의해 발전되는 전력을 축적하는 축전 장치와, 상기 발전기 및 상기 축전 장치에 의해 구동되는 하나 또는 복수의 전동 작동기를 구비한 하이브리드 건설 기계의 전력 제어 장치에 있어서,전동 작동기의 요구 전력을 검출하는 부하 전력 검출 수단과,상기 축전 장치의 충전 전력의 최대치를 설정하는 충전 전력 설정 수단과,상기 축전 장치의 방전 전력의 최대치를 설정하는 방전 전력 설정 수단과,상기 발전기 출력 전력의 상한치 및 하한치를 설정하는 발전기 출력 전력 설정 수단과,상기 충전 전력 설정 수단에 의한 설정치, 상기 방전 전력 설정 수단에 의한 설정치, 상기 발전기 출력 전력 설정 수단에 의한 설정치 및 상기 부하 전력 검출 수단에 의한 검출 결과를 기초로 상기 발전기와 상기 축전 장치의 전력 배분을 결정하는 전력 배분 결정 수단과,상기 전력 배분 결정 수단에 의한 결정 결과를 기초로 상기 발전기의 출력 전력을 제어하는 발전기 전력 제어 수단과,상기 전력 배분 결정 수단에 의한 결정 결과를 기초로 상기 축전 장치의 충방전 전력을 제어하는 축전 장치 전력 제어 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 건설 기계의 전력 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 축전 장치의 충전 상태를 검출하는 충전 상태 검출 수단을 더 구비하고,상기 발전기 출력 전력 설정 수단은 상기 충전 상태 검출 수단에 의한 검출 결과를 기초로 상기 발전기 출력 전력의 상한치 및 하한치를 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 건설 기계의 전력 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 축전 장치의 충전 상태를 검출하는 충전 상태 검출 수단을 더 구비하고,상기 충전 전력 설정 수단은 상기 충전 상태 검출 수단에 의한 검출 결과를 기초로 상기 축전 장치의 충전 전력의 최대치를 설정하고,상기 방전 전력 설정 수단은 상기 충전 상태 검출 수단에 의한 검출 결과를 기초로 상기 축전 장치의 방전 전력의 최대치를 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 건설 기계의 전력 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 축전 장치의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출 수단을 더 구비하고,상기 충전 전력 설정 수단은 상기 온도 검출 수단에 의한 검출 결과를 기초로 상기 축전 장치의 충전 전력의 최대치를 설정하고,상기 방전 전력 설정 수단은 상기 온도 검출 수단에 의한 검출 결과를 기초로 상기 축전 장치의 방전 전력의 최대치를 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 건설 기계의 전력 제어 장치.
- 엔진과, 상기 엔진으로 구동되는 발전기와, 상기 발전기에 의해 발전되는 전력을 축적하는 축전 장치와, 상기 발전기 및 상기 축전 장치에 의해 구동되는 하나 또는 복수의 전동 작동기를 구비한 하이브리드 건설 기계의 전력 제어 장치에 있어서,전동 작동기의 요구 전력을 검출하는 부하 전력 검출 수단과,상기 부하 전력 검출 수단에 의해 검출된 요구 전력, 상기 발전기의 출력에 대한 상기 발전기 및 상기 엔진의 손실 특성, 상기 축전 장치의 입력 전력에 대한 상기 축전 장치의 손실 특성을 이용하여 상기 엔진에 의한 소비 전력의 효율이 최대가 되도록 상기 발전기와 상기 축전 장치의 전력 배분을 결정하는 전력 배분 결정 수단과,상기 전력 배분 결정 수단에 의한 결정 결과를 기초로 상기 발전기의 출력 전력을 제어하는 발전기 전력 제어 수단과,상기 전력 배분 결정 수단에 의한 결정 결과를 기초로 상기 축전 장치의 입력 전력을 제어하는 축전 장치 전력 제어 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 건설 기계의 전력 제어 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 축전 장치의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출 수단과,상기 온도 검출 수단에 의한 검출 결과를 기초로 상기 축전 장치의 입력 전력에 대한 상기 축전 장치의 손실 특성을 결정하는 축전 장치 전력-손실 특성 결정 수단을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 건설 기계의 전력 제어 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 축전 장치의 충전 상태를 검출하는 충전 상태 검출 수단과,상기 충전 상태 검출 수단에 의한 검출 결과를 기초로 상기 축전 장치의 입력 전력에 대한 상기 축전 장치의 손실 특성을 결정하는 축전 장치 전력-손실 특성 결정 수단을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 건설 기계의 전력 제어 장치.
