Claims (20)
- 제 1 회로부와 제 2 회로부를 포함하고, 제 1 신호선으로부터 공급되는 입력 신호에 상대한 출력 신호를 제 2 신호선에 출력하도록 한 전자 회로로서,상기 제 1 회로부 및 상기 제 2 회로부는,상기 입력 신호에 따른 전하량을 유지하는 용량 소자와,상기 용량 소자에 유지된 전하량에 따라서 도통 상태가 결정되는 제 1 트랜지스터와,상기 용량 소자와 상기 제 1 신호선의 접속을 제어하는 제 2 트랜지스터와,상기 제 1 트랜지스터와 상기 제 2 신호선의 접속을 제어하는 제 3 트랜지스터를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 출력 신호는 전류 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 입력 신호는 전류 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 회로.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 회로부의 상기 제 2 트랜지스터를 통해서 상기 제 1 신호선과 상기 제 1 회로부의 상기 용량 소자가 전기적으로 접속되어 있을 때는, 상기 제 2 회로부의 상기 용량 소자와 상기 제 1 신호선은 전기적으로 접속되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 회로.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 회로부의 상기 제 1 트랜지스터와 상기 제 2 신호선이 상기 제 1 회로부의 상기 제 3 트랜지스터를 통해서 접속되어 있을 때는, 상기 제 2 회로부의 상기 제 1 트랜지스터와 상기 제 2 신호선은 전기적으로 접속되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 회로.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 회로부 및 상기 제 2 회로부의 상기 제 1 트랜지스터 중 적어도 하나에 대해 커런트 미러 회로를 구성하는 제 4 트랜지스터를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 회로.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 회로부 및 상기 제 2 회로부의 상기 제 1 트랜지스터 각각에 대해 커런트 미러 회로를 구성하는 제 4 트랜지스터를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 회로.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전자 회로와 전자 소자를 구비한 전자 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 신호선에 접속된 복수의 단위 회로를 포함하고,상기 복수의 단위 회로의 적어도 1개는 상기 출력 신호에 기초하여 상기 전자 소자를 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 단위 회로의 각각에 대해서 적어도 1개의 전자 소자가 설치되고, 상기 각각의 단위 회로가 상기 적어도 1개의 전자 소자를 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전자 소자는 전류 구동 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전자 소자는 전기 광학 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 전류 구동 소자는 EL 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 EL 소자는 그 발광층이 유기 재료로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 복수의 주사선과 복수의 데이터선의 교차부에 대응해 화소 회로가 설치된 전기 광학 장치를 구동하기 위해서, 상기 복수의 데이터선의 각각에 대해 설치된 전자 회로로서,상기 전자 회로는,제 1 회로부와,제 2 회로부를 포함하고,상기 제 1 회로부 및 상기 제 2 회로부 각각은,입력 신호에 따른 전하량을 유지하는 용량 소자와,상기 용량 소자에 유지된 전하량에 따라서 도통 상태가 설정되는 제 1 트랜지스터와,상기 용량 소자와 상기 입력 신호를 전송하는 입력 신호선의 접속을 제어하는 제 2 트랜지스터와,상기 제 1 트랜지스터와 상기 복수의 데이터선의 대응하는 데이터선의 접속을 제어하는 제 3 트랜지스터를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 회로.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 회로부의 상기 제 2 트랜지스터를 통해서 상기 입력 신호선과 상기 제 1 회로부의 상기 용량 소자가 접속되어 있을 때는, 상기 제 2 회로부의 상기 용량 소자와 상기 입력 신호선은 접속되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 회로.
- 제 15 항 또는 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 회로부의 상기 제 1 트랜지스터와 상기 대응하는 데이터선이 상기 제 1 회로부의 상기 제 3 트랜지스터를 통해서 접속되어 있을 때는, 상기 제 2 회로부의 상기 제 1 트랜지스터와 상기 대응하는 데이터선은 접속되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 회로.
- 제 15 항 또는 제 16 항에 기재된 전자 회로를 상기 복수의 데이터선을 구동하는 구동 회로로서 구비한 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전자 회로가 실장되어 이루어진 전자 기기.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전자 장치가 실장되어 이루어진 전자 기기.
