Claims (13)
- 제 1 전류 신호가 입력되고, 상기 제 1 전류 신호와는 값이 다른 제 2 전류 신호를 생성하는 제 1 전류값 변환부와,제 3 전류 신호가 입력되고, 상기 제 3 전류 신호와는 값이 다른 제 4 전류 신호를 생성하는 제 2 전류값 변환부와,상기 제 2 전류 신호가 입력되는 전자 소자를 구비하며,상기 제 4 전류 신호가 상기 제 1 전류 신호로 되고,상기 제 1 전류값 변환부가 상기 제 1 전류 신호 또는 상기 제 2 전류 신호를 유지하기 위한 유지부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 회로.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전류값 변환부가 이득이 다른 복수의 트랜지스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 전류값 변환부가 이득이 다른 복수의 트랜지스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전자 소자는 전류 구동 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 회로.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 전류 구동 소자는 EL 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 회로.
- 복수의 데이터선과, 복수의 주사선과, 복수의 전기 광학 소자와, 복수의 단위 회로를 구비한 전기 광학 장치에 있어서,상기 복수의 단위 회로의 각각은,상기 복수의 주사선과 접속하는 동시에, 제 1 전류 신호가 입력되고, 상기 제 1 전류 신호와는 값이 다른 제 2 전류 신호를 생성하는 제 1 전류값 변환부와,상기 복수의 데이터선 중 1개의 데이터선과 접속하는 동시에, 제 3 전류 신호가 입력되고, 상기 제 3 전류 신호와는 값이 다른 제 4 전류 신호를 생성하는 제 2 전류값 변환부를 구비하며,상기 전기 광학 소자는 상기 제 2 전류 신호가 입력되고,상기 제 4 전류 신호는 상기 제 1 전류 신호로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전류 신호 또는 상기 제 2 전류 신호를 유지하기 위한 유지부를 상기 제 1 전류값 변환부가 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전류값 변환부가 이득이 다른 복수의 트랜지스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 전류값 변환부가 이득이 다른 복수의 트랜지스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 전기 광학 소자는 유기 EL 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 전자 회로를 실장한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 기재된 전기 광학 장치를 실장한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
