Claims (18)
- 회로 차단기에 있어서,고정 접점을 갖는 고정자와,일단부에 상기 고정 접점과 접촉 및 분리 가능한 가동 접점을 갖고, 타단부에 인접하여 회전 중심을 가지며, 회전하면서 상기 가동 접점을 상기 고정 접점에 대해 접근 및 이반시키는 회전 가능 가동자와,다수의 벽을 구비하는 소호실(arc extinguisher chamber) 용기로서, 상기 다수의 벽이 상기 고정자의 일부와 상기 가동자를 둘러싸며 상기 소호실 용기의 내부 공간을 규정하는, 소호실 용기를 포함하며,상기 소호실 용기의 내부 공간으로부터 가스를 배출시키기 위한 배기구를 구비하는 상기 벽중의 하나를 상기 고정자의 일부가 통과해 연장되고,상기 배기구로부터 이격된 축압 공간으로서, 상기 가동자가 상기 고정자로부터 분리될 때 발생되는 아크에 의해 온도와 압력이 상승된 가스를 축적하기 위한, 그리고 온도와 압력이 상승된 상기 공기가 배기구를 통해 배출되도록 상기 가동자 및 상기 고정자를 통해 흐르는 전류를 차단하여 아크의 소호를 돕기 위한, 축압 공간이 상기 소호실 용기의 내부 공간에 구비되며,상기 가동자의 회전 중심이 위치된 평면내에서 상기 축압 공간이 갖는 단면적은, 상기 가동자의 회전 중심이 위치된 평면과 평행한 평면으로서, 상기 가동 접점 및 상기 고정 접접의 중심을 통과하는, 그리고 상기 배기구가 구비된 상기 벽에 인접하여 위치되는, 평면내에서 상기 소호실 용기가 갖는 단면적보다 작은회로 차단기.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가동자의 회전 중심과 상기 배기구가 상기 가동 접점을 기준으로 대향하여 위치됨으로써, 상기 축압 공간내에 축적된 가스가 상기 가동 접점을 가로질러 상기 배기구를 향해 유동하여 상기 고정 접점과 가동 접점 사이에서 연장되는 아크의 소호를 돕는회로 차단기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가동자를 회전 가능하게 유지하고 상기 축압 공간내에 위치되는 유지 도체를 더 포함하는회로 차단기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 축압 공간으로부터 상기 배기구로 유동하는 가스를 국부적으로 가속시키기 위하여, 상기 소호실 용기의 2개의 대향하는 벽 각각은 상기 소호실 용기 내부에서 상기 고정 접점에 인접하고 상기 배기구로부터 이격되는 돌출부를 갖는데, 상기 돌출부는 상기 축압 공간으로부터 상기 배기구로 유동하는 가스에 교차하는회로 차단기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,소호실 용기의 2개의 대향하는 벽 각각은 상기 소호실 용기 내부에서 상기 고정 접점에 인접하고 상기 배기구로부터 이격되어 상기 축압 공간으로부터 상기 배기구로 유동하는 가스 유동에 교차하는 개별적 챔버를 구비하는데, 상기 챔버는 상기 정지 접점을 향해 배향된 길이 방향 개구부를 갖는회로 차단기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소호실 용기는 유기계 절연 물질로 형성된회로 차단기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소호실 용기 내부에서 상기 고정 접점에 인접하고 상기 배기구로부터 이격되어 상기 축압 공간으로부터 상기 배기구로 유동하는 가스 유동에 교차하며, 상기 소호실 용기의 내부 벽상에 위치되는 유기계 절연 물질의 스트립을 포함하는회로 차단기.
