Claims (7)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 유기금속 화합물을 포함하는 비수전해액 첨가제:[화학식 1]M(R1)y(R2)x-y-z(OH)z상기 화학식 1에서,R1과 R²는 중심원소인 금속에 배위되어 있는 각각 독립적으로 또는 동시에 알킬기, 알콕시기, 페닐기, 또는 할로겐으로 치환된 페닐기이고;M은 Al, B, Si, Ti, Nb, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Cu, Zn, Ni, Sn, Ga, Gd, Zr, 및 Ta으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 원소이고;x 는 중심원소인 금속의 원자가이고;y는 0< y <x 의 값이고; 및z는 0< z <x 의 값이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 유기 금속 화합물이 하기 화학식 1a로 표시되는 화합물인 비수전해액 첨가제:[화학식 1a]M(R1)y(OR)x-y-z(OH)z상기 화학식 1a에서,R1은 중심원소인 금속에 배위되어 있는 페닐기, 또는 할로겐으로 치환된 페닐기이고;R은 중심원소인 금속에 배위되어 있는 알킬기이고;M은 Al, B, Si, Ti, Nb, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Cu, Zn, Ni, Sn, Ga, Gd, Zr, 및 Ta으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 원소이고;x 는 중심원소인 금속의 원자가이고;y는 0< y <x 의 값이고; 및z는 0< z <x 의 값이다.
- 비수전해액 리튬이온 2차 전지에 있어서,a) 리튬을 흡입 및 방출 가능한 부극;b) 리튬을 흡입 및 방출 가능한 정극; 및c) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 유기 금속 화합물을 함유하는비수전해액을 포함하는 리튬이온 2차 전지:[화학식 1]M(R1)y(R2)x-y-z(OH)z상기 화학식 1에서,R1과 R2는 각각 독립적으로 또는 동시에 알킬기, 알콕시기, 페닐기, 또는 할로겐으로 치환된 페닐기이고;M은 Al, B, Si, Ti, Nb, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Cu, Zn, Ni, Sn, Ga, Gd, Zr, 및 Ta으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 원소이고;x 는 중심원소인 금속의 원자가이고;y는 0< y <x 의 값이고; 및z는 0< z <x 의 값이다.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 a)의 부극은 흑연, 탄소섬유(carbon fiber) 및 활성카본으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 카본계 물질을 활물질로 포함하는 리튬이온 2차 전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 b)의 정극은 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 리튬 전이금속 복합산화물을 활물질로 포함하는 리튬이온 2차 전지.[화학식 2]LixMO2상기 화학식 2에서, M은 Ni, Co, 또는 Mn이고, x는 0.05≤ x ≤1.10이다.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 c)의 유기 금속 화합물이 하기 화학식 1a로 표시되는 화합물인 리튬이온 2차 전지:[화학식 1a]M(R1)y(OR)x-y-z(OH)z상기 화학식 1a에서,R1은 중심원소인 금속에 배위되어 있는 페닐기, 또는 할로겐으로 치환된 페닐기이고;R은 중심원소인 금속에 배위되어 있는 알킬기이고;M은 Al, B, Si, Ti, Nb, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Cu, Zn, Ni, Sn, Ga, Gd, Zr, 및 Ta으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 원소이고;x 는 중심원소인 금속의 원자가이고;y는 0< y <x 의 값이고; 및z는 0< z <x 의 값이다.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 c)의 유기 금속 화합물의 함량이 전해액에 대하여 0.01 내지 20 중량%인 리튬이온 2차 전지.
