Claims (4)
- 기판 상에 설치된 색재(色材)층, 상기 색재층을 덮도록 설치된 보호막, 및 상기 보호막 상에 설치되는 것과 함께 상기 기판 상에서의 상기 보호막의 형성 영역으로부터 비형성 영역까지 연장하여 설치된 복수의 스트라이프 전극을 구비하는 액정 장치에 있어서,상기 보호막은, 그 단부에서 상기 기판과의 사이에 단차를 갖는 단차부를 갖고,상기 단차부에서의 상기 복수의 스트라이프 전극의 각각의 전극 폭은, 상기 색재층 상에서의 상기 복수의 스트라이프 전극의 각각의 전극 폭보다 좁은 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호막의 비형성 영역에서의 상기 복수의 스트라이프 전극의 각각의 전극 폭의 적어도 일부분이, 상기 색재층 상에서의 상기 복수의 스트라이프 전극의 각각의 전극 폭에 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 보호막의 비형성 영역에서의 상기 복수의 스트라이프 전극의 각각의 긴쪽 방향으로 연장되는 변이, 상기 색재층 상에서의 상기 복수의 스트라이프 전극의 각각의 긴쪽 방향으로 연장되는 변의 연장선 상에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 액정 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기.
