- (i) 콩 열수추출액에 락토바실러스 델브루엑기(Lactobacillus delbrueckii) subsp. bulgaricus ALAL007, 락토바실러스 카세이(Lactobacillus casei) ALAL003, 락토코커스 락티스(Lactococcus lactis) subsp. hordniae ALAL008을 각각 1 x 105~ 1 x 106/ml로, 사카로마이세스 세레비시에(Saccharomyces cerevisiae) ALAY003을 1 x 104~ 1 x 105/ml로 접종하고, 각각 20 ~ 37℃에서 2 ~ 5일간 배양하는 단계;(ii) 전기 4주의 미생물이 각각 배양된 배양액을 새로운 콩 열수추출액에 혼합하고, 다시 20 ~ 37℃에서 2 ~ 5일간 배양하는 단계;(iii) 전기 혼합배양액을 가열살균하고, 냉동건조시켜 배양물을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 기능성 배양물의 제조방법.

- 제 10항 내지 13항의 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 배양물을 식품에 대하여 0.1 내지 1중량%로 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 기능성 식품의 제조방법.
