Claims (45)
- (a) 성숙후, 겨우살이 렉틴 이량체의 생물학적 기능을 나타내고, 도 4c에 나타난 바와 같은 핵산서열을 갖는 전구프로단백질을 코딩하고;(b) 겨우살이 렉틴 이량체의 생물학적 활성 부분인 (a)에 따른 전구프로단백질의 단편을 코딩하고;(c) 유전자 코드의 변성도로 인해 (a) 또는 (b)에 따른 핵산분자와는 구별되고; 또는(d) 엄격한 조건하에서 (a), (b) 또는 (c)에 따른 핵산분자로 잡종화되고, (a) 또는 (b)에 지시된 생물학적 기능 또는 활성을 갖는 폴리펩티드를 코딩하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산분자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단편은 도 4a에 나타난 누클레오티드 서열에 의해 코딩되는 겨우살이 렉틴의 A사슬인 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산분자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단편은 도 4b에 나타난 누클레오티드 서열에 의해 코딩되는 겨우살이 렉틴의 B사슬인 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산분자.

- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 벡터는 제2항에 따른 핵산분자와 제3항에 따른 핵산분자 모두를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벡터.
