Claims (22)
- (a) 금속 및 금속 산화물 중의 어느 하나 이상의 입자,(b) 흡착재 입자 및(c) 열가소성 수지 입자를 포함하고,금속 및 금속 산화물 중의 어느 하나 이상의 (a) 및 흡착재 입자 (b)는 각각 열가소성 수지 입자 (c) 표면과의 접촉 부분에서 결합되고, 동시에 열가소성 수지 입자(c)는 그들간의 접촉 부분에서 결합되어 있는 환경 정화재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속 및 금속 산화물 중의 어느 하나 이상의 입자 (a)가 망간, 구리, 아연, 철, 바나듐, 니켈, 마그네슘, 알루미늄, 티타늄, 파라듐, 백금, 세륨, 규소 및 이들의 산화물으로부터 선택되는 1 종 이상이고,흡착재 입자 (b)가 활성탄, 제올라이트, 실리카겔, 세피올라이트, 활성 알루미나 및 활성 백토 중으로부터 선택되는 1 종 이상이며,열가소성 수지 입자 (c)가 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리아미드 ABS(Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) 수지, 폴리이미드, 폴리염화비닐, 아세트산 셀룰로즈, 폴리술폰, 폴리스티렌프탈레이트 및 폴리프로필렌으로부터 선택되는 1 종 이상인 환경 정화재.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 금속 및 금속 산화물 중의 어느 하나 이상의 입자 (a)가 이산화망간 및 산화제2구리이고,흡착재 입자 (b)가 활성탄이며,열가소성 수지 입자 (c)가 평균 분자량(점도법) 100 만 내지 900 만의 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌인 환경 정화재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속 및 금속 산화물 중의 어느 하나 이상의 입자 (a)는 평균 입경 0.1 내지 10 ㎛의 크기이고,흡착재 입자 (b)는 체눈의 크기 48 매쉬(300 ㎛)를 통과하는 입자를 상기 흡착재 입자 전량(全量)의 50 중량/중량 % 이상 포함하며,열가소성 수지 입자 (c)는 평균 입경 20 내지 50 ㎛의 크기인 환경 정화재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (a) 금속 및 금속 산화물 중의 어느 하나 이상의 입자 90 내지 10 중량부와(b) 흡착재 입자 10 내지 90 중량부의 합계 100 중량부에 대하여,(c) 열가소성 수지 입자가 10 내지 80 중량부인 환경 정화재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 환경 정화재가 입상, 펠렛상, 볼상 또는 판상 중 어느 한 형상으로 성형된 환경 정화재.
- (a) 금속 및 금속 산화물 중의 어느 하나 이상의 입자,(b) 흡착재 입자 및(c) 열가소성 수지 입자,를 혼합하여, 상기 열가소성 수지의 융점 이상, 열분해 온도 이하의 온도에서 가열하는 제 1 항에 따른 환경 정화재의 제조법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 가열시에 가압이 수반되는 제조법.
- (a) 금속 및 금속 산화물 중의 어느 하나 이상의 입자,(b) 흡착재 입자,(c) 열가소성 수지 입자 및(d) 통기성 시트의 섬유상 기재를 포함하고,금속 및 금속 산화물 중의 어느 하나 이상의 입자 (a) 및 흡착재 입자 (b)는 각각 열가소성 수지 입자 (c) 표면과의 접촉 부분에서 결합하고,열가소성 수지 입자 (c)는 통기성 시트의 섬유상 기재 (d)에 결합되어 있는, 시트상 환경 정화재.

- 제 9 항에 있어서, (a) 금속 및 금속 산화물 중의 어느 하나 이상의 입자 (a)가 이산화망간 및 산화제2구리이고,흡착재 입자 (b)가 활성탄이며,열가소성 수지 입자 (c)가 평균 분자량(점도법) 100 만 내지 900 만의 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌이고,통기성 시트의 섬유상 기재 (d)가 공극률 60 내지 98 %의 유리 부직포인 시트상 환경 정화재.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 금속 및 금속 산화물 중의 어느 하나 이상의 입자 (a)는 평균 입경 0.1 내지 10 ㎛의 크기이고,흡착재 입자 (b)는 체눈의 크기 48 매쉬(300 ㎛)를 통과하는 입자를 상기 흡착재 입자 전량의 50 중량/중량 % 이상 포함하며,열가소성 수지 입자 (c)는 평균 입경 20 내지 50 ㎛의 크기인 시트상 환경 정화재.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 통기성 시트의 섬유상 기재 (d) 100 중량부에 대하여, 혼합 입자 (a + b + c)의 양이 40 내지 200 중량부인 시트상 환경 정화재.
- 제 9 항의 시트상 환경 정화재 복수매(複數枚)를 적층하여 이루어지는 다층 시트상 환경 정화재.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 2 개 이상의 층은 시트상 환경 정화재를 구성하는 금속 및 금속 산화물 중의 어느 하나 이상의 입자 (a) 또는 흡착재 입자 (b)가 상이한 것인 다층 시트상 환경 정화재.
- 제 9 항에 따른 시트상 환경 정화재의 적어도 한쪽면이 통기성 표면 보호재로 덮여 있는 표면 보호재 부착 시트상 환경 정화재.
- 제 9 항에 따른 시트상 환경 정화재를 입체적으로 가공하여 이루어진 벌집상 환경 정화재.
- (1) (a) 금속 및 금속 산화물 중의 어느 하나 이상의 입자,(b) 흡착재 입자,(c) 열가소성 수지 입자,(e) 흡수성 수지 및(f) 물,을 혼합하여 균일하게 분산시킨 현탁액을 만들고,(2) 상기 현탁액의 소정량을 (d) 통기성 시트의 섬유상 기재에 보지(保持)시켜,(3) 상기 열가소성 수지의 융점 이상, 열분해 온도 이하의 온도에서 가열하여, 수분을 제거하면서, 금속 및 금속 산화물 중의 어느 하나 이상의 입자 (a) 및 흡착재 입자 (b)를 각각 열가소성 수지 입자 (c)를 통해 섬유상 기재 (d)에 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 제 9 항에 따른 시트상 환경 정화재의 제조법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 흡수성 수지가 아크릴산-아세트산 비닐 공중합체 비누화물, 폴리아크릴산염 가교 중합체, 전분-아크릴로니트릴 그라프트 공중합체, 전분-아크릴산 그라프트 공중합체, 전분-비닐술폰산 그라프트 공중합체 및 전분-스틸렌술폰산 그라프트 공중합체로부터 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 수지인 제조법.
- 제 9 항에 따른 시트상 환경 정화재 복수매를 겹쳐서, 가압과 동시에 가열하는 다층 시트상 환경 정화재의 제조법.
- 제 9 항에 따른 시트상 환경 정화재의 적어도 한쪽의 면을 통기성 표면 보호 시트재로 덮고, 양면을 가열과 동시에 가압하는, 표면 보호재 부착 시트상 환경 정화재의 제조법.
- 제 1 항 또는 9 항에 따른 환경 정화재에 피정화물(被淨化物)을 접촉시킴으로써, 피정화물에 포함된 오염 물질을 제거하는 환경 정화 방법.
