Claims (3)
- 간이 교환장치의 정전시 메모리 보존 회로에 있어서 : 프로세서로 부터 다수의 제어신호를 수신하고 수신된 데이타를 기억하기 위한 메모리부와; 상기 메모리부의 칩인에이블 단자와 접속되며 상기 프로세서로 부터 다수의 제어신호를 수신하고 상기 프로세서의 정상동작전압범위에서는 상기 제어신호를 출력하고, 상기 프로세서의 비 정상동작전압범위에서는 상기 메모리의 라이트 핀을 비활성화상태로 전환시키거나 상기 칩인에이블 단자를 디스에이블시키는 디코딩부와; 상기 디코딩부의 칩인에이블단자와 접속되고 미리 설정된 전압범위를 가지며 만일 상기 프로세서의 상기 정상동작전압범위에서는 하이레벨을 출력하고, 상기 프로세서의 상기 비 정상동작전압범위에서는 로우레벨을 출력하는 전압감지회로부와; 상기 메모리와 상기 디코딩부로 전원을 제공하기 위한 전원공급소오스인 배터리 전원공급부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 간이 교환장치의 정전시 메모리 보존 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디코딩부는 74LS138임을 특징으로 하는 간이 교환장치의 정전시 메모리 보존 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전압감지회로부는 전원이 온되었을 경우 상기 프로세서의 정상동작의 전압범위와 상기 전원이 오프되었을 경우 상기 프로세서의 오동작을 하기 직전의 정상동작의 전압범위 사이로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 간이 교환장치의 정전시 메모리 보존 회로.
