[2]前記アクセスカテーテルハブ上の係合構造をさらに含み、前記係合構造は前記レールハブ上の相補的な係合構造と着脱可能に係合するように構成される、上記[1]に記載のシステム。
[3]前記レールの遠位前進セグメントは、前記カテーテルハブが前記レールハブに隣接しているときに、前記アクセスカテーテルの遠位端を超えて少なくとも約15cm延びる、上記[1]に記載のシステム。

近位端と、遠位端と、近位端上に位置したレールハブとを有する長尺のフレキシブルなレール
とを含んでなり、
前記レールの遠位前進セグメントが、前記アクセスカテーテルハブが前記レールハブに隣接しているときに、前記アクセスカテーテルの遠位端を超えて少なくとも10cm延びる、システム。 - 前記アクセスカテーテルハブ上の係合構造をさらに含み、前記係合構造は前記レールハブ上の相補的な係合構造と着脱可能に係合するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記レールの遠位前進セグメントは、前記カテーテルハブが前記レールハブに隣接しているときに、前記アクセスカテーテルの遠位端を超えて少なくとも約15cm延びる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記レールは遠位向きにフレキシブルさが増大する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記レールはガイドワイヤ内腔を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
