Claims (12)
- スティレット(1)、カニューレ(2)、ガイドワイヤ(3)及び留置されるべき案内管(4)を有し、その外径が前記案内管(4)の内径に相当し、直径が前記ガイドワイヤ(3)の直径に相当する管腔を具備する、前記案内管(4)用のオプチュレータ(5)を具備し、患者の椎間板に案内管(4)を留置するための椎間板進入手術セットであって、
前記カニューレ(2)は切断カニューレとして形成され、その遠位末端に片側斜角先端(2.1)を具備し、
前記スティレット(1)及び前記カニューレ(2)はその近位端に接続頭部(1.2及び2.2)を具備し、それらは互いに耐トルク的に接続され、
前記案内管(4)が少なくともその近位端からのその長さの大部分に渡って硬質であり、
前記案内管(4)の先端面(4.2)は片面斜角になっており、
前記案内管(4)は頭部(4.3)を具備し、前記オプチュレータ(5)は頭部(5.1)を具備し、さらに前記オプチュレータ(5)は前記頭部(5.1)の近位端にグリップ部(5.5)を具備し、
前記オプチュレータ(5)の前記頭部(5.1)の前記グリップ部(5.5)及び前記案内管(4)の前記頭部(4.3)のアダプタ部(4.6)により、前記オプチュレータ(5)の前記案内管(4)への最大の進入深さを制限するストッパが形成され、
前記案内管(4)の頭部(4.3)のアダプタ部(4.6)に接する前記オプチュレータ(5)の頭部(5.1)のストッパによって、前記オプチュレータ(5)はその遠位端部(5.2)をもって、前記案内管(4)の先端面(4.2)から突出し、前記オプチュレータ(5)の遠位端部(5.2)が、前記案内管(4)の先端面(4.2)から突き出したテーパ状先端面(5.3)に続くように、凸曲面上にテーパされ、オプチュレータ(5)のテーパ状先端面(5.3)から案内管(4)の先端面(4.2)まで、連続的な移行部が生じ、
前記案内管(4)と前記オプチュレータ(5)との軸方向の相対運動は、前記オプチュレータ(5)の前記グリップ部(5.5)に具備された2つの栓が、前記案内管(4)のアダプタ部(4.6)の後部の縁に設けられた切り欠きに嵌入されることによって阻止され、
前記オプチュレータ(5)及び前記ガイドワイヤ(3)が前記案内管(4)から共に除去されることを特徴とする椎間板進入手術セット。 - 前記オプチュレータ(5)の外側面から中心軸(A)にかけてのテーパ形状の縦断面が、中心軸(A)を軸として、前記オプチュレータ(5)の先端から放射線状を描くように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセット。
- 前記案内管(4)が洗浄軸として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のセット。
- 前記案内管(4)がその近位端に洗浄接続(4.4)を具備することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のセット。
- 前記洗浄接続(4.4)が前記案内管(4)の側方に設けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のセット。
- 前記洗浄接続が前記案内管(4)の軸(A)に対し90°の角度で設置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のセット。
- 前記スティレット(1)の外径が前記中空カニューレ(2)の内径に相当することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のセット。
- 前記スティレット(1)が接続頭部(1.2)を介して軸方向に固定され、かつ耐トルク的に前記中空カニューレの接続頭部に接続可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のセット。
- 前記オプチュレータ(5)の前記管腔が2mmから5mmの直径を持つことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のセット。
- 前記案内管(4)の壁厚が0,25mmから0,5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のセット。
- 前記カニューレ(2)の外径が0,9mmから1,2mmであることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のセット。
- 前記スティレット(1)、前記カニューレ(2)、前記ガイドワイヤ(3)、前記案内管(4)及び前記オプチュレータ(5)のみから成ることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のセット。
