Abstract
Description
以下、第1の実施形態に係るプラズマ殺菌装置を、図1に基づいて説明する。

殺菌対象物100の表面形状や殺菌度合いに応じて、例えば、アボガドのような歪な形状のものに対しては、星状の接触片23を用いる等、最適な形状のものを選択することが可能である。
以下、第6の実施形態に係るプラズマ殺菌装置を図10(a)に基づいて説明する。
以下、第7の実施形態に係るプラズマ殺菌装置を図10(b)に基づいて説明する。
上記第3の実施形態で示した装置を用いて、殺菌対象物に対する殺菌を行った。実施条件は、金属線から成る一対の電極を、誘電体であるシリコーン樹脂で被覆することにより、柔軟な接触片として形成された複数の紐状の電極(シート状電極とも言う)に、交流高電圧電源(10kVpp、10kHz)を印加し、ウンシュウミカン果皮のミドリカビ病菌胞子を直接に殺菌するためにプラズマを生成した。処理対象に用いたウンシュウミカンには、懸濁したミドリカビ病菌胞子(4×107個/ml)を散布し、プラズマを0秒から10秒間照射した。プラズマ照射による殺菌効果は、プラズマを照射した部位のミドリカビ病菌胞子胞子を拭き取った後、培地にて培養し、コロニー数をカウントすることで評価した。
・処理対象:ウンシュウミカン (Citrus unshiu)
・疑似汚染:ミドリカビ病菌胞子 (Spore of Penicillium digitatum)
・電源:10kVpp,9-11kHz (LHV-10AC,ロシ゛ー電子製)

Claims (7)
- 導電性を有する殺菌対象物に対して電圧を印加する電圧印加手段と、
前記電圧印加手段から印加される電圧を前記殺菌対象物に対して誘電体を介して放電状態で印加する一対の電極と、
前記一対の電極と前記殺菌対象物との相対位置を変化させる位置変化手段とを備えることを特徴とする
プラズマ殺菌装置。 - 請求項1に記載のプラズマ殺菌装置において、
前記一対の電極は、当該一対の電極の少なくとも一方が、誘電体で導体を被覆して柔軟に形成される接触片で形成されると共に、当該接触片の対を複数配設して形成されることを特徴とする
プラズマ殺菌装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のプラズマ殺菌装置において、
前記誘電体が、繊維形状又はメッシュ形状を有する繊維、合成樹脂又はシリコーン樹脂から形成されることを特徴とする
プラズマ殺菌装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のプラズマ殺菌装置において、
前記位置変化手段が、前記殺菌対象物を、前記一対の電極に対して移動させることを特徴とする

前記位置変化手段が、一対の電極を構成する各接触片を回転させて、少なくとも1つの前記接触片の少なくとも先端部分を前記殺菌対象物に接触させることを特徴とする
プラズマ殺菌装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のプラズマ殺菌装置において、
前記殺菌対象物に関するインピーダンス値を計測する計測手段と、
前記計測手段により計測されたインピーダンス値に基づいて、前記位置変化手段による前記相対位置の変化を制御する制御手段とを備えることを特徴とする
